Great family concept resort

The place was great, especially for my kid, he and we enjoyed.. best place to spend vacation as a family.. Food was great, a lot of choices. Water park was amazing. We loved night activities as we can take our child with us. The staff were very friendlly speacialy the guy on main lobby bar

It is a combination of 3 resorts, and we have to check in from beach gold resort this was confusing, then the staff on counter gives us our key and did not inform us how to go to our room, we keeped searching our room which is on other building. At 9:00 am we were sleeping when the room service guy nock our door 3 times then he opened the door by his key while I am trying getting dressed.

Everything was fine, the food, swimming pool, the gardens and the beach. If Allah is willing 🙏, I will book this resort again in the next vacation. Thank you for everything ❤️

I think kids' areas are far from the elite rooms. If you could make a near place for parents to stay, because we have to sit down inside the kids area.

not suitable for babies

Nice selection of water slides Some staff were really helpful and friendly Good coffee- especially at the coffee house Daily room cleaning was excellent

All a la carte restaurants are minimum €10pp plus you also need to pay for the alcohol Alcohol in general is low quality and there is little in the cocktails The hotel is so spread out. There are multiple buildings and you may need to walk 15 mins to get a towel for the pool. Not really buggy / wheelchair friendly Not really suitable for babies - there was no baby food. you need to pick things from the adult food and figure it out yourself. I had to request as my 10month old was sick of eating potato puree 3 times a day. and it never arrived even though it was promised. Food was not really tasty and the options were very limited Wifi is super weak The hotel in general is understaffed so you need to figure out most of the things by yourself. Also some staff are rude and don’t care. They just say I don’t know and then walk away No water fridges around the slides or kids play area Need to queue for the drinks and the bar staff can be rude Most of them don’t speak English Pillows are uncomfortable - too high

Excellent animation team, good activities for kids and adults, nice restaurant personnel. Fun water park. The fresh salad bar was amazing.

Food was plentiful but not flavorful, the same variety every day. I didn't like bedding, it wasn't comfy. There was no map in the room or information about what is available in the hotel. Only on our last day we found out there was another spa and indoor pool closer to our room. With three different hotel complexes under Vonresort brand, it is confusing and not clear what is available and where. Through the hotel I organized a transfer from the airport to the hotel, upon arrival no one was there to meet us despite providing them with our flight information. We had to wait for a long time until someone showed up after I found a way to contact them.

Staff behaviour too good, swimming pools, aqua water park & pavilion on beach un forgettable. We feel beauty of Nature all the time in this biggest resort

Food was not good, average & ordinary dishes, just quantity not quality. wash rooms are small as we compare to another big five star hotel, one night ac was not working & we feel suffocation, we launch complain but no result

An excellent hotel that we would love to return to

We were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the hotel. There are two large pools with many sunbeds, many bars and options to eat, excellent service, the hotel employees were very kind. The beach is available and well organized. The food in the restaurants was excellent, everything was fresh and tasty, a large variety of foods. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is excellent. The entertainment shows in the evening were a pleasant surprise, there were lots of places to sit, some around tables with waiter service. We would love to go back there.

The Elite Hotel is not really a separate hotel, but more of a room complex next to the Golden Coast Hotel. There is a separate pool, a bar and a dining room, and a partial reception service. It is important to clarify this in advance, but nevertheless, it did not affect the enjoyment of the hotel because we were able to enjoy both the quietness of the Elite complex, and all the services of the Golden Hotel, which are right next door.

Very very friendly stuff, a huge hotel complex with many facilites and green areas. Besides, rooms were also exceptionally tidy and clean. Full points !

Great holidays

Nice staff, great location, good food options. If there is any problem staff members sort it straight away, every night something was going on, shows etc

just ok not worth for paying extra.

aqua park is different but little bit far away from our room. at least 10 minuts walking. difficult with kids.

beach is not any extra special to compare to other hotels. room same . I stayed elite not any different . little bit far away from facilities. did not get any extra for paying extra. cats around the food area . one of them scratched my son. went to hotel doctors. its fake. went to gust relation for any help for proper doctors. she is not helpful. bit rude. they should help us because it happened in there premiss. I had TO call doctor our self. hotel got safe tourism certificate. not value for paying extra. never go again. indoor pool was closed. we looked forward to it.

Beach, pier , weather ,

Noticed unusual high number of flies at restaurant and other areas it surprised me that the hotel was not doing anything about it. I stayed 8 days, I did not see the pool being cleaned by vacuum or a net or anything. The beach gets dirty and is not cleaned thoroughly, I could find empty cups , staws and shoes

I like the resort pool and entertainment only

I didn’t like the staff , no one is helpful , room service are very bad . they have a lot of food with no taste , I got a small stone in my food !

Everything perfect in this hotel. Very good organisations. Nice and clean .full day you have something to do. Food facilities from 7.30 am to 12 pm. Non stop service

fabulous break - away from it all

had such a relaxing break away from it all- never left the resort. If you want to have a week just lying by the pool/beach this is for you. really recommend the pavilion cabanas- extra price but well worth the money

be aware- there is very little English spoken by staff members. Holiday makers come from Eastern Europe, Russia, Germany. Food a bit eclectic- you can have stew and chips for breakfast as well as traditional eggs, pastries etc.

Great Hotel . Clean and cool water park

The hotel was clean. It has great slides and water park. Food was very good. Room was excellent.

I did not like that mini bar service had the option to access your room whenever they want . I hope the hotel deals with that mini bar service must NOT be able to violate anyone privacy . No Shisha services provided to customers which can be found in many hotels. If you smoke shisha you must bring your own or go outside

Everything was awesome 👌 . I'm planning to come back again soon.

There were tow issues.First one with the air-condition , but the team responded too fast after complaint and solved it and the another issue with regards to the slow WIFI.

Superb

All good .some stuffs Were excellent as i remember their names: Miss : MELIS and EFSA ( kids club ) Miss: victoria (from wonder team ) Mr: ONUR ( reception) . We had a wonderful time in the hotel and it was one of our best trip ever . Just some slides doesn't work and also the time that we been there hotel disco doesn't work . Many thanks for wonderful stuffs and facilities .
