Covid update. St Thomas is opening to tourists June 1 2020. I have been on island during the shut down and can share restrictions and expectations with you. Call or text me at 404.210.9033 with any questions. Flights are severely diminished during these times. Please check for flights before booking. Social distancing is required everywhere. Masks are required. Your temperature will be taken upon arrival. Our beaches are open. Restaurants and bars are opening with restrictions prior to June 1. Come and enjoy our favorite island. Only central ac in the complex. I have just returned from the islands and have installed the first split ac unit in our complex. This is my second home and I spend 6 months of the year here. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium. It has 3 sliding glass doors to the balcony which overlooks beautiful Bolongo Bay with a view of the mountains to our north. The balcony is shaded after 10am and is where I live. You can feed the sugar birds, watch the iguanas and see our spotted ray in the waters below. The sunrises are spectacular. The kitchen is fully equipped and all of the beds have comfortable pillow topped mattresses. No uncomfortable sofa beds. You can hear the waves from all beds if you leave the doors open which I always do. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. There is ac also but it is not necessary as the southeast trade winds blow right in. Come, relax, and enjoy.
