About this house rental

Nestled in Wanaka, this charming house for £144 per night is a great option for your next trip. A fabulous family home with modern kitchen and bathrooms, internet, heat pump and insulation to keep it warm and cosy. Three spacious bedrooms (including one with ensuite). The beds are new and comfortable so expect to get a great night sleep. The 7th bed is a pull out trundler suitable for a child which fits in the twin room. Fully fenced section set in a beautiful garden with a fantastic deck to enjoy all day sun (large gas BBQ and outdoor furniture). Plenty of off street parking for cars and boats. Five minute walk to lake and 20 minutes to walk into town. Sticky Forest mountain bike park is just around the corner, as are many other walking and biking tracks. Linen incudes sheets/pillow cases, bath mats, towels, face cloths and hand towels. Special conditions: Pets can be bought onto the property provided they do not come inside the house. There is a dog kennel on the property for use at night or when guests are away from the house. Please notify me when you are making the booking if you intend to bring a dog. The cleaning fee is non negotiable Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$80.00 per stay); Linen (NZ$90 per stay)

We really enjoyed our stay at Kate's place. Lovely furnishings, great convenient location (close to the lake and town centre), outdoor deck was awesome, with great views to Roy's Peak (which we were able to climb). Highly recommended!

Great location. Close to town and Cardrona ski field. Plenty of heating to keep house warm. Well furnished kitchen. Could have done with a little more loo paper and kitchen tidy bags. Unfortunately COVID cut our holiday short.

The property was airy and bright and most importantly, clean. We had a very comfortable stay. The garden area was perfect for stargazing on a clear night which we were lucky to have experienced. Location is perfect, slightly away from the business of the town centre but just a 5min drive whenever we missed out anything from the supermarket. Would love to be back soon.

This place was perfect. Warm, comfy and easy to live in. Would have loved to stay longer than 2 weeks. It had everything we needed and more than I’d expected. The beds were superb for a great nights sleep. The heat pump warms up the whole house. The kitchen is well fitted out, neat, tidy and has loads of room. Under floor heating in the bathrooms were a bonus too. It’s not far from town centre and good walking. Planning to stay here again if we can. 😊

Lovely 3 bedroom house, walking distance to town. We were very happy with our stay and made good use of the travel cot and highchair. The only tiny negative was the stove top wasn't very clean but didn't take me long to clean it. Beautiful well planned garden and compost heaps. We would love to stay again, thank you Kate

Nice front and back yard, with plenty of parking. The interior was tidy with good amenities and nice attention to detail (pen and paper, rubbish bags, plunger for coffee, etc.). Comfy beds too!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect and had everything we needed to feel at home, and for a very reasonable price too. The deck and back lawn are nice and sheltered and perfect to get sometime outside. A short 900m walk to the lake or a several minute drive to town means everything is within easy access. Will certainly look to stay here again on future trips to Wanaka, and would highly recommend this property to anyone.
