Swimming pool was under maintenance. We chose this hotel mainly for swimming pool which they didn't allowed us. Then the staff was also rude. Please don't go for this hotel its a waste... Not value for the money u spend... U can see much more good resorts near by for a cheaper rate and with swimming pool. AC, shower were also not working properly. Many power cuts too. No generator. Not advisable for families as well as friends

Rooms were too small, no parking space, pool was very small on the terrace. I feel it was not value for money

In one word is totally good...value of money...and near to beach and also main road..clean and hygiene maintain properly..manager and staff also good person...❤

The rooms were good. Spacious.
Swimming Pool was clean and very safe.
Loved the location of the site.
Very near to Calangute and Beach.
Marke was nearby at walkable distance.
AC can be replaced with branded ones.
HD Channels can be provided for entertainment.
Also Plan for Cable Channels be reviewed for having family channels like STAR PLUS.

I like the location..food was good. Staff was polite.
Rooms were very small.there is no exhaust fan in the washroom..room and washroom was not cleaned when we checked in..wifi does not work..there was signal issues.. washroom sink was leaking..

Received as very good and was very quick for us even when we landed at 7am Check in and clean the room well as well as the server pintu there did very well Even the three days we were there the staff there looked very good,

The room was really good for the price ..totally worth every penny! It was very clean and well maintained.
The staff was very courteous and very helpful. The speed of the Wi-Fi was great not like other places I’ve stayed before with network issues.
Would totally recommend this if you’re travelling with family as well as friends! It is also just a 2 minute walk away from the Calangute beach which is amazing. The rooftop swimming pool has a great view and is well maintained. Will definitely stay again.

Mosquitoes in Balcony, which I mean a lot of those.
Super worst wifi connection. You won't get internet inside the room and in balcony with mosquito bite free.
Balcony is just a shared entrance to all the rooms.
Room size is quite small.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Small requests were attended to promptly. Food cost via room service is high but compared to outside rates, it's competitive and you get to eat in your room. Food is tasty too.
Try masala chai. It was superb.
Aircon was dirty. I cleaned the filters myself. During covid, these things are to be kept clean.
Please note, all other facilities and items were very clean and tidy. My comments are only on the Aircon.

its not clean enough and the way we go for room smells pee. Room la below average it’s not like 3 star. its just a lodge.. not worthy for money. they are not providing invoice bill for the stay.

The staff was rude and was always ready to put up a fight. WiFi was not working, and Soiled sheets were provided. The place was not cleaned on daily basis during our stay.

Location very near to calingute beach and staff are very friendly and helpfull. Value for money.
