Perfecto para una estancia de relax

Alojamiento alejado del „centro turístico“ pero cerca de una playa muy tranquila. El hotel era cómodo y ofrecen servicio de recogida en taxi boat. Súper recomendable si quieres una estancia tranquila sin el „jaleo“ de la zona central de la isla

Quizá el estar tan alejado y depender del taxi boat si quieres moverte de la zona

Hôtel correct mais très mal situé

Personnel adorable et qui vient vous chercher au bateau.

Malheureusement l’hôtel est très excentre du cœur de phi phi, si vous voulez y aller il faut payer très très cher. Là où se situe l’hôtel les restaurants sont très chers, les plages sont privatisées par les resorts de luxe… bref pas une super expérience pour nous même si le personnel était adorable. Lit très dur.

Great

Located in the small phi phi village area, so very quiet and peaceful Staff were friendly, and offered free pick up and drop off during check in and out :) The room was basic, had what you needed and clean. The AC worked really well. Local beach nearby is stunning (loh ba kao bay)

The pool didn’t have sun loungers/umbrellas like the photo (looked very dull) Getting to the main area of phi phi is expensive, 400 baht for one person one way on a longtail boat or an hour and half jungle trek The walls were thin so you could hear what other people were up to… Just be aware that there are prayers called from a mosque nearby, so at 5am this can wake you up.

Give this place a wide berth.

Aircon worked.

Free shuttle service from main ferry terminal didn't turn up twice and had to pay £25 for private water taxi. Staff couldn't be found most of the time. No replenishment or water, coffee, sugar etc. Had to keep asking for it if you could find someone to ask.

Superb

Nice Staff Big room Near Nui Beach which is a must visit for sunset They offer shuttle free service on checkin and check out. The rest of the days they offer shuttle service to Tonsai at two times (7:30 am and 11:00 am) for only 200 bats.

It's in the north part of the island so you should now you need to take a boat to arrive to the center (Tonsai), or do 1 hour jungle trekking, however it's more calmed and relaxed and it is just close a restaurants zone, so actually you will not need to go to the center unless you want specifically to see Tonsai beaches.

Lovely slice of paradise

Lovely little place to stay, with really nice amenities, including a lovely porch sitting area. Lots of neighbourhood cats to pat! The staff were all lovely, lent out snorkel equipment and helped to arrange boat travels to Ton Sai, and onwards off Phi Phi. The village was also really nice - much less busy than Ton Sai, but plenty of restaurants to choose from. The accommodation was 5 minute walk from the beach, where there were lots of fish to spy on. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Because it's not in the main part of the island, you need to travel by boat to get there. The hotel does have a boat ferry, which is free for the trip there, and away but has a fee other times. While I was there there seemed to be an issue with the boat - not being there when they were supposed to, charging 150 baht when the hotel told us it was 100. I think this was an issue with the boatman, not the hotel so hopefully they'll find another boatman. Also be careful not to arrange anything on Ton Sai outside of the hotel's normal ferry hours - to get to the pier at 7am cost 700 baht ...

Staff vs Hotel

The property had free boat shuttle + taxi to hotel from pier. I have never met a more honest, kind and exceptional receptionist. He’s been so amazing and will be remembered

it’s really quit. except for the mosque at 5 am spacious rooms Alec was nice, but didn’t speak English very well

Expected more of the place.

The room was clean, the airconditioning worked and the space was big enough. The pool was good.

The staff was nowhere to be found most of the day. There was no wifi in the room. The shower had no pressure. Pick up was not at the pier. There are 2 hip resorts on the island. So we first went to the wrong one. There was loud music from the neighbors. We expected more from the place.

Good

Pool was a nice bonus, room clean, everything worked and a hot shower. Near restaurants and a beach

5:30am wake up every morning from the mosque loudspeakers outside the window. The call to prayer lasts several minutes and you cannot sleep through it, even with earplugs. This isn’t the managers fault but the hotel could try some soundproofing. Typically hard bed.
