awesome stay

Helena is such a nice person as well as her parents, check in was very smooth, she gave us great tips for restaurants and surroundings which was really helpful. the apartment itself is gorgeous and really well equipped, clean and modern. I already booked another date for this awesome place! thank you very much

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, we had all the things that we needed in apartment, even coffee machine. Air conditioning was working very good, that was a big plus, because outside temp was 36-37°C during the day. Owner Helena was very friendly and helpfull, she gave us bunch of recommendations for where to go to eat, or where is good beach and etc. I dare to say that this place was the best of our eurotrip. We hope to come back here next year!

A great hostess, a clean a neat apartment with a lot of activities nearby

The hostess Helena is a major bonus for this apartment/ property. She is kind and friendly. Has a lot of great tips about culture activities/ beaches/ restaurants, she respons quickly if you have questions. One word she is great! The apartment is clean and neatly. It has everything you need, nothing fancy but we don't mind. There is attention for detail like a bottle of juice/ sparkling water in de refrigerator. And like I said everything is clean and neatly. If you for example want extra towels or a dishcloth you can ask Helena and she will arrange this for you. For us this is more important then a big fancy apartment because we are making use of the tips from Helena and are a lot outside. Maybe because Helena gave us the opportunity to arrive a day earlier, but in all fairness we expected a another apartment. Not necessarily bigger but more open like the used pictures. Like I say it isn't big of a deal, but we noticed when we walked inside. We would definitely go back for a holiday to this apartment and for the hospitality of Helena.

At home we sleep in a kingsize bed with a soft mattress. Unfortunately this is the reason we didn't liked the matrass. The size of the bed wasn't a problem but the matrass wasn't our thing.

Not only was the location extremely close to beaches and delicious restaurants, it was an extremely safe and peaceful location. I highly recommend Zanetti apartments for couples or solo travelers. You will truly enjoy the experience. The apartment was extremely clean and new. The atmosphere felt extremely welcoming and home like. The host and her family were also very hospitable with explaining how to use the property and offering suggestions of places to visit and things to do. 10/10!! 5 stars!! Will definitely stay at Zanetti apartments whenever I come back to Pula and will surely recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

I wish I stayed longer! No complaints!!

Great apartment, super host

Helena is a super host. Very professional, communication is fast and very clear. She gives very useful info about the city, where to go, to eat and to park. No question is too much. Our pillows where a bit to big, she gave us immediately new ones.

The appartment is really lovely, modern and stylish. Clean and comfortable. Easy parking. The host was very welcoming, kind and informative. Close to the beach, great area. We would very much recommend you stay here.

Great quality cosy apartment

Amazing lighting gave the apartment great atmosphere, the bathroom has great tile work and the hallway is very well lit with very nice feature lights. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on and I have a full memory foam bed, it really was great. The location was a 5 min walk to the sea and there are shops and restaurants within that walking distance.

Great place

Great place to stay. Clean apartment with small kitchen corner and fridge. Host Helena was simply amazing. She answered on questions before arrival already. After arrival you can reach her if necessary. She sent us a list of restaurant recommendations and beaches around. She took care on us like a host should do. Parking is behind the apartment building. We will recommend it for couples for sure.

Helena was very smart and helpful to us. We had a wonderful week in her home. Everything was very clean and 4* adapted. Bath and kitchen at high standard. We had car and bikes and her parking was attached! So nice! Thanks for your support for our nightly dinner locations! They were really good...! Hopefully we will see us soon again Marcus & Verena

One of the few places I would go back any time

Helena was very nice and kind host, and the apartmant was superb. Highly recommended, you won't find any better.
