Everything about the property and location is excellent. Tranquil setting yet only 10 minutes to Norwich City Centre for work. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and so glad I am back here in a weeks time for another work trip , looking forward to another great stay. Michaela who booked me in was very accommodating and friendly. So helpful and ensured everything was to my liking with room before I was checked in . The breakfast in the morning is freshly cooked by Carol and sets you up for the day. Overall one of the best stays I have had in the UK and a real gem if you like quiet yet convenient accommodation .

The most wonderful experience from start to finish, if I could give 20 stars I would. The staff are so kind and go above and beyond. Excellent facilities, so clean and a superb breakfast. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available - then book it!

The room I was in was amazing, considering this was a guest house I was very impressed, Michela went out of her way to ensure everything was to your liking, the room had a fridge & microwave of which was very very handy for myself, TV was of a good size, Tea & coffee topped up everyday, room cleaned everyday, all in all great place to stay, the breakfast, wow it was excellent, great choice, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, full cooked, scrambled egg, poached egg, on the cooked breakfast the sausages are brill...recommended.

Staff were engaging and helpful. Breakfast was a pre-order arrangement and plenty to choose from. The full English kept me full till dinner!
Room was larger than many, airy and looked freshly re-decorated.
We are back to Norwich next autumn so Church Farm will be at the top of my list.
I can't think of an aspect that I wasn't happy with.

Everything, fantastic hospitality friendly staff, comfortable room. Clean and tidy, good tea tray, filled daily. Breakfast lovely, loved the porridge. Would not hesitate to book again.
