The manager was very prompt when I cudnt turn the tv on. She came over right away and fixed it. The place had everything altho the ac was not quite strong enough for a hot summer day and there are not many outlets that are easily accessible. All in all i liked it and wud come again.

Great location in the heart of Hollywood
This apartment was clean and had beautiful outdoor seating areas. A quick walk or scooter ride took us everywhere nearby, although we did drive as well, to outlying areas. A quick walk took us to the Pantages, UCB, Hollywood and Highland, Second City and other places we visited. A great time was had here, and the apartment was fabulous.

My family of five (kids ages 10, 5, and 2) just stayed in the Capital Records unit. It was very nice and offered your basic necessities. It offered enough room to feel comfortable for the five of us. The balcony was very nice to sit outside and enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee. The shared outside area behind the gate was a nice place for the kids to run around, kick a ball, or play catch.
Before arriving, I was a bit nervous of the noise coming from 101 however I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was given it's close proximity to the freeway as well as Hollywood. It's a great location to walk around and sightsee Hollywood....close to Hollywood Blvd, Walk of Fame, Trader Joe's, even a nice walk up into the Hollywood Hills to get a closer look at the sign. The location would suit your needs to explore Hollywood however it's also a very easy location to get around the rest of LA. Our family visited Universal, Knotts Berry Farm, and Six Flags Magic Mountain which all were very easy to get to/from. Overall, a very nice place.

Me & my 9yrs old, and grandparents stayed a week in LA. We really enjoyed the this short vacation. It's very easy to get anywhere. We mostly traveled by Metro, just few mins walk down the hill. I cooked most of the time (very close to Traders Joe & few convenience store). Quiet neighborhood but quite safe. Manager was very helpful. Love the fact have Wi-fi. Everything was clean and in order. Would definitely recommend to our friends!

Great stay in the Hollywood Hills!
3 girls staying in this gem of a vacation rental.
5 minute walk to Subway station. Free laundry facilities on-site were very useful. All the beds were comfortable, except for the sofa-bed which was broken when we got there (my friend was still able to sleep on it, but on an angle). We contacted the owner via text but no answer. I am sure the bed is fixed by now.
Everything was in order and clean, would definitely recommend staying there, as it is a central Hollywood location.

My Visit
After just coming back from staying three nights, my friends and I, 5 altogether, were very impressed with the apartment. it is nicely decorated and has a lovely feel when you walk in. It's location is good as its near most movie studios and if your lucky you can see the Hollywood sign from down the road as well. There is a quite big shopping area around the apartment so grocery's can be bought when needed. The space is good as we shared our beds but still it still felt quite comfortable and spacious. The manager was also very helpful as we did have a few problems but nothing to do with the apartment. Altough the apartment is very secure, you still have to be very careful especially at night as some of the surrounding streets are quite secluded and we saw a few homeless people. Also, parking is located on the front of the building and is quite steep. We got a parking ticket as part of our car was still slightly on the pavement, even though it was a rainy day and the car could not park fully up, so be careful. Overall, the apartment does make you feel like you are in Hollywood so it was great. Thank You Anna.

What a gem!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Brought our 13-year-old granddaughter and had an amazing week. The apartment is funky, cool, clean, and its location is perfect. We walked to Hollywood Blvd almost every day, and the Metro station is two blocks from here. An unqualified recommendation!

Great location, great price, great place!
My husband and I rented the bottom two units. We stayed in one and our two teenagers stayed in the other. It was just a few short blocks to everything on Hollywood, Sunset and Vine! It is three blocks to the metro station and busses are plentiful. We didn't rent a car; we're big on public transportation; and even took a bus, then subway from LAX to the house. We walked from the Hollywood/Vine station to the house. The units are very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Great hardwood floors, comfortable bed, TV and had a "bungalow" feel. The teenager's unit didn't seem to cool down very well in the heat of the day, but we were gone most afternoons anyway. It was nice that we all had our own space but we felt safe with the girls right next door.

A nice apartment
We have had a wonderful time here. We have seen a lot, but not the half of everything in LA. We liked the apartment a lot, the location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from Hollywood Blvd. If anyone I know will go to LA I will recommend the apartment to them.
