This has to be one of the nicest places we have stayed on any vacation. The cottage was in a great location and we had plenty of room for all 9 of us. John was a great host and very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and the location was great. Indoor and outdoor furniture suited our family’s needs. Beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway and close to the beach. Overall a quiet and (and seemed like) a safe area. Would stay again if we decide to return to OIB next year.

My family and I stayed here for Labor Day Weekend and we had a great stay! The house was clean, updated, and a short walk to the beach. We had a 2.5 year old and a 4 year old and the walk to the beach was very doable. It was nice to sit out on the deck on the sound side as well. The owner, Jon, was great to work with and helped as we prepared for our trip. We will definitely be back!

This house was gorgeous! Looked even better than the pictures and had a new 70 inch TV which was wonderful for family of 10! Beach was close and two pools nearby. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunsets! Jon the owner was so easy to work with and very nice and accommodating. The whole family had a wonderful time and plan to go back in the future. It was our first time here and would definitely recommend this beautiful home for vacations on Ocean Isle Beach!

Everything about this cottage was wonderful. It was spotless and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable , the view from the deck was amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return!

A Great Week
Our family had another great week at this property.! This is our second year staying at this house; we have been coming to Ocean Isle for about 35 years and coming to different houses in Island Park for about 12. This house meets our needs, and the owner is very helpful and responsive to questions. We hope to book again for 2023! We love that there are five bedrooms and three baths— and we also use the shower downstairs for the children!

House with a view
We had a wonderful stay at this house. Our family agreed it was the most comfortable & well stocked house we have ever stayed in. Sunset from the deck was spectacular. The walk to the beach was easy but we used a golf cart to carry umbrellas & chairs. Even with a 1yr old, it was convenient! The pool was a great way to end the day. and the neighborhood felt like home. Can’t wait to go back .

2022 family beach trip
We love this house. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Rooms were spacious. Pool is right around the corner. The view of the waterway is beautiful! Owner was great to work with.

Wonderful vacation home and destination!
Jon is an incredible owner. I very much enjoyed dealing with him. The house is in perfect condition. Very clean and nicely appointed. The downstairs tiki bar was great. We spent most of our waking hours there.
The location is wonderful. It has an amazing view. We rented a golf cart and loved scooting all over the island. Beach access is close by, along with a very close pool.

Perfect house for our annual beach trip!
The house is situated at the end of the street, with a nice open lot that sits on the inlet. We were able to sit outside by the bar, and enjoy the beautiful sunset. The house was clean, decorated nicely and suited our needs perfectly. Comfy beds, a nice sectional, and big bathrooms made for a great stay for our crew of varying ages. We will be back!

Best spot on Ocean Isle
We had a fantastic time at this rental. It was the perfect location. Being on the canal and a short walk to the beach was ideal. The rental was clean, well stocked and spacious for our family. Everything about it was great. The outside shower and outside space was as good as the inside. It was decorated in a way that was so comfortable and inviting. The layout was conducive to our family, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms inside, so noone felt crowded. And the sunsets couldn't be beat!!! We would love to vacation here again. Thank you!!

Great week at Ocean Isle
We particularly enjoyed the sunset view from this house, and our grandsons were all about fishing from the community dock, which is about six houses down. The house was well stocked and in addition, the owner was very responsive, which we really appreciated. We hope to return. Thanks for a great week!

Great beach week
We loved our week at this beach house.! We’ve been going to Ocean Isle for over 20 years, and have stayed in Island Park at least 10 years. This was our first time in this particular house, and we were very pleased with everything about it! My husband enjoys photography and was able to get beautiful photos from the deck! Jon was very helpful in all aspects of our stay. Hope to stay here again!

Excellent property! The marsh views off the back deck were wonderful for sipping coffee in the morning and enjoying the sunsets at night. The grass area out back was perfect for tossing a football or frisbee and to allow our kids to run. Short walk to the beach made this a fantastic find. the comfort, location and space of this house was a big part of our great time. Jon, the owner, was very helpful with tips, details, and checking on us to answer any questions.
The grandkids (ages 4-14) loved the nearby pool and the adults appreciated how close it was to the house making it an easy walk. The beach access wasn't far either which helped with inevitable quick trips back to the house. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was in working order and it was obvious that care had been taken in making renters feel comfortable. Probably our very favorite thing about the house was the beautiful marsh view from the deck. Watching the sunsets from there was a highlight. We're already looking forward to our return to OIB and will definitely consider renting this house again.

Beautiful sunsets!
A group of friends rented this house together. We had a wedding to go to Saturday night at the memory maker. This house was an easy walk across the street to the venue. We enjoyed tiki bar and big porch to watch the beautiful sunsets!! We had a great time at this house.

Great place, great locatoins
This property was amazing, clean, comfortable. Spectacular sunsets over the Intercoastal Waterway. Ocean Isle is a great place to take a family with children. We will absolutely be returning for another stay in the future.
