Convenient to restaurants, local attractions, museums, amusement parks, and more. Visit The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk pavilion nearby. Take a dip in one of the two pools at Seacrest: One outdoor pool for sunning and one indoor pool for those that want to retreat from the heat. Seacrest is your ticket to paradise on The Emerald Coast! This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and a breakfast bar. A full-size washer and dryer. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with two twin size beds, and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. 12 Cup/K-pod coffee Center Keyless Lock- Self check-in Free wireless internet Elevator Outdoor swimming pool Indoor swimming pool (Heated seasonally) No pets allowed No smoking allowed on property 2 beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the unit for your use We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner. One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us. We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

We booked this condo last minute so we could extend our vacation for 3 more days. It is a lovely, comfortable, clean place. The pool area is a bit small. It was an easy walk to the beach. We loved the views from our balcony. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This got to be the worst stay I’ve ever had in this area. The lady who own it is a racist piece of trash. I stayed with my husband and our 2 kids, we left on a Sunday. Traveling from Mississippi we got 4 hours down the highway and my baby realized he had left his iPad so we called baby and the owner refused to help us. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms was dirty and smelly also. The owner can really retire with her rude attitude!!!!!

There was no large TV in living room . Only 32” tv . Discussed with manager but didn’t have the people to replace tv .

This was a nice property that had a nice view of the gulf. Toiletries well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels, wash clothes. Full size washer and dryer. Close walk to beach. Clean. Would recommend it and willing to come back to this property.

We were overall satisfied with our stay.
The location was great. The balcony was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. We were disappointed that the pass through for the pool was boarded up, the online pool pictures are much nicer than the actual pool. Nice condo though. The check in and out process is out of the way and I've never had a rental with that type of process before.
