Outstanding stay looks exactly like the photos

The host was absolutely amazing and very responsive. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. My fiancé and I enjoyed all 10 days of our stay and will defiantly stay again.

The washing machine took over an hour per load but, the clothes were clean so no big deal.

Homely :)

The apartment is comfortable and cozy and instantly made it feel like home. The gym in the complex is also well equipped. Nicole was incredibly communicative and always responded promptly, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay. She went above and beyond by providing thoughtful extras. These added touches made us feel truly welcomed and added a special touch to our stay.

Check-in process involved too much administration.

The owner was not friendly at all.

When I checked in the unit was not entirely clean, hair on the floor, the bathroom carpets were not clean at all. the owner was not friendly at all. You. and see she’s just more interested in the money more than customer care

Honestly everything, a very warm and welcoming home!🙂 The house was fully equipped with things we needed, very clean and fresh. Kind neighbors and the neighbourhood itself, it's so peaceful and beautifully quiet just what l needed. The garden view was to die for having the Hadida's visiting every evening, so pleasant ❤️ The kitchen had every single thing we needed, they even provided condiments which we didn't need to buy for cooking/seasoning. A very great complimentary welcome bottle of wine, chocolates and biscuits, that was heart felt😍 They had extra towels and toilet paper for use, which was great!😀 We had water throughout our stay and we had also the most absolute highlight of our stay was the fact that we had power to watch TV, use of WiFi and charge our phones while we were on loadshedding, yay! We didn't feel that we were on loadshedding at all, which was great😀 they had some power something something that backed us up throughout 😀 We had access to their Netflix and a chance to catch up on so many shows and movies that was so great, loved it! We went to the gym in the evenings it's a pretty good space with all equipment needed provided, the pool was so clean and cozy for a late evening dip, loved it I originally booked for 5 nights but extended with more days, l guess l couldn't get enough 😂 l needed a break and l most definitely got it!❤️ I mainly spoke to Nicole she was so sweet and kind, God bless her beautiful soul🤍 she checked up on us asking if all is good and kept in contact, we didn't get to meet her which was still fine l guess she was giving us some privacy. The security guards are amazingly kind and down to earth also, the best! Overall, after the festive I'm coming back just to again reboot, recover and refresh from the festive, thanks a lot Nicole😍

We thoroughly enjoyed it!! Just the right spot for us and close to all amenities and shopping centre

Very comfortable and convenient. Good Security and very peaceful. All facilities worked perfectly and Sean and Nicole were always available to address any additional needs.

Not a dislike, but a recommendation, is a small clothes dryer for hanging up the washing.

I didn't like the issue of load shedding something must be done about it ..it affects WiFi thus affecting communication especially for us international travelers.

I love the apartment, so cute and cozy! The host was super lovely, friendly and accommodating.

Not being able to let delivery people in, because I had no access to gate codes. Not a deal breaker though, as the gate isn't far to walk to.

Absolutely everything was great. Loved the decor and the attention to detail. Location is great, the entire estate is very well maintained and very secure. The Gym area was amazing too

Location good, easy access to shops. Fairly quiet with little disturbance. Close to the clubhouse and pool. Hosts were always available to assist.

Stayed 7 days, could have been a basic clean mid stay... empty dustbins, freshen up possibly.
