Location was good

Rates are too much not value for money. No hygiene so unclean rooms. Food is very costly. I would not recommend to stay. Thanks.

Dirty rooms, unprofessional service morning tea was served in the room with paper cups food served in room no lid to cover the food teaspoon was given to eat the food in room bathroom dirty furniture worn out defected.

They should improve the parking facility and quality and cleaning of towels was not satisfactory.

Staff behaviour was very cooperative and helpfull .food was also very good . Overall it was good to stay.

There was no intercom facility .but received one number ,which was responding well.

Regretting this booking

Nothing,

Everything, dirty rooms, unlockable doors. no lock on window. No seat on toilet comod. Sport section total messed up. Table tennis racket, carrom, pool table all unusable. Security biggest concern. Only food was OK. Another scam this property is running is they show that booking was cancelled. although we stayed here.

For the price paid, the facilities/property was very disappointing. Staff was helpful though. Pics showa completely different picture. It says garden facing room but property has no garden. No maintenance of game zone, rooms.

Big bad bees

There where big bad bees on the bed n my kid suffered hole nigth

No clean beds n bed where full of bad bees couldn't sleep hole nigth

Everything was quite ok. Breakfast was also good

Room gazettes etc like switches, comode cover, windows to repair, bed comfortness etc

Rooms were not Good...

Location is very convenient

We were last-minute arrivals so we didn't get the good room. But at least basic amenities should be keep in a good condition. Room were not clean bedsheets were not clean and broken old furniture. Even the doors were jammed and broken. Bathroom taps were broken no place to keep soaps or towels... Needs lots of improvment interns of facilities inside rooms.

Landline Phone was not working Poor WiFi Signal Leakage in Toilet No Channels in TV were working in room 304 Snooker Table was mess and TT rackets were worn out Swimming Pool was not maintained
