This property was so accommodating for our family Thanksgiving. We had a little kids, teenagers, and adults, and everyone had a place to be and some thing to do. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We really appreciate the staff helping us also! We had a great time!

We were very pleased with Arcadia 31. We filled the home to it's capacity of 28 without feeling like we were in each other's way. There were plenty of spaces to eat, relax, play or retreat to. We loved the private hot tub and the community pool--spent a lot of time there. The kitchen had everything, including space, that we needed to prepare food for our large group. Loved the extra fridge in the garage! We left wishing that we had at least one more day there. 3 nights wasn't quite enough. The fun ended too soon, and that's a sign of a great family reunion!

We loved staying here. The house is decorated beautifully and is in walking distance to the pool. The kids loved playing all the arcade games. There are only a few things that could have made our stay better.
1- there is very limited kitchen cabinet space to store groceries.
2- there were no kitchen towels to dry our hands or dishes.
3- the desk by the garage had red ants coming in on it. We didn’t notice until after the first night when the food we had out there (because of no cabinet space) was swarming with ants. We had to throw away a bunch of food because of this.
4- there were only 8 pool towels for the house that sleeps 20+ people. Luckily we brought a few of our own but only 8 seemed a little on the low side.
Other than those minor things we loved the place and would definitely come back again.

Words Do Not Do Justice
Our family of 17 ranged from 77 year olds to 3 year olds and every single one of us had a blast. I kept holding my breath thinking I must have missed some fine print and that it was too good to be true, but nope, it really was perfect as advertised. The check-in/check-out process was easy and seamless and the entire resort was organized but laid back at the same time. The kids could be kids without anyone giving you the stink eye. The weather was beautiful, house was immaculate save for a tub of spackle that was left out on a nightstand [just shows they stay on top of their repairs :) ] and plenty of sleeping room. Televisions are in every room, board games are available, extra fridge is found in the garage, and arcade games galore. Be sure to bring your quarters for pinball! The clubhouse has a lot of fun offerings too and the snack bar is reasonably priced. It truly was the perfect family getaway. Our family hopes to make it an annual tradition.

Great place. Good location. Loved the pool. Had surprisingly terrible internet for such a nice place. Tried calling for help on the internet connection 5 or 6 times but just rang. No message. No answer.

Excellent accomodations for our family vacation
We loved staying at Arcadia resort for our family vacation! There was something for everyone!! The pool was incredible, the clubhouse amenities and the home itself catered to our needs. It was close to snow canyon and shopping! We can't wait to stay here again!!

Great stay
We stayed here as a family get together to celebrate our parent's 50th wedding anniversary. We had 3 families stay at with 2 more joining us during the day for meals and entertainment. Condo is nice with the 5 bedrooms/bathrooms and other places to sleep for the kids. Lots of fun entertainment to be had. We loved it! However there were a few housekeeping issues that we had issues with and thus 4 stars. There were no kitchen towels provided nor washcloths only a sponge. We had to get a hand towels out of the bathrooms to dry our Hands and dishes. A germy sponge to wash dishes with only is unacceptable and no dish drainer. Good thing we brought our own cleaning cloth and some sanitizing spray for the counters and other common areas. Hand soap dispensers were not full all the way to the top so during a 3 day stay we ran out of hand soap in a commonly used bathroom and kitchen. We were not given more than 2 dishwasher tablets, impossible when you are doing dishes for 20 + people, and very little dish soap. Had to go to the clubhouse to get more. No dish drainer in condo. When we arrived at check in time, the cleaning crew was still cleaning and we had to wait, so most areas were probably not properly sanitized and some areas were not cleaned as well as they should have been (and it showed). During the Covid 19 pandemic a place should not be booked back to back. Remote for living area TV did not work and there were no ping pongs balls for the ping pong table. But other than that the place was great and we loved our stay.

We loved staying here. The bedroom were the perfect size and most had a bathroom attached to it. We were close enough to the pool that we could walk there everyday. The kids had a blast playing at the pool & loved the water slide. This was the best vacation ever!!

Our extended family of 8 adults and 8 children stayed at Arcadia #31 for a long weekend at the end of May. What a great time we had! Our grandparents owned a condo in St. George for over 15 years and it was always such a treat to stay there. We were sad when they sold 6 years ago, as our regular trips to St. George ended because we could't find a condo that was large enough for us all to stay together. That has all changed now. The Arcadia Resort is a wonderful, family friendly, property. #31 can easily sleep more than 20 people, with room to spare. The condo kitchen is well stocked the beds large and comfortable and bathrooms clean and well maintained.The hot tub out back was a great bonus! Customer service is professional and friendly. It was a hot weekend and we loved the pool area. The kids swam all day long. The lazy river was perfect to just float around and cool off. A Harmon's grocery store is located 5 minutes away. St. George is less than a 15 minute drive. Its a consensus that we will come back and stay again, longer the next time.

Highly recommend this location: the house is huge, clean, chuck full of bathrooms, beds, blankets, games, televisions, and other amazing accommodations (WiFi, a play station, and a hot tub to boot). The pool is in extremely close proximity, and has perfect play areas for small and big kids. The lazy river, slide, waterfall and hot tubs were all a hit. The HOA supplies towels, garbage pick up and other supplies needed throughout our five-day stay. The gym was clean and bigger than what I would’ve expected. Red Rock (the agency who I booked through) was amazing to work with, especially when we had to make last minute changes due to Covid-19. I can not recommend this space enough! We will definitely be back!

We've been coming to St. George for the last five years for a family get-together in the winter. Arcadia #31 has it all. Fantastic, well stocked house with all the needed amenities and extras. The hot tub was used daily by the adults and the grandkids visited the nearby clubhouse and heated pool often. This house was voted by all as the best place yet that we stayed.

Great Family Stay
We loved this house! It is exactly as pictured and very well equipped. The living area actually seems roomier than pictured. We were able to cook and serve 12 for Thanksgiving dinner with no problems. There are tons of dishes and pots and pans. The house is well designed and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and had foam-style mattresses, always a plus in a rental. There were plenty of beds for our crew, though if you're counting on using the bunkbeds for a crowd there is a weight limit on the top two bunks of 150 lbs. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the lovely view of the red rocks in the distance. The staff at the resort was responsive when called, once for the hot tub when there was a heating issue and another to request more towels. They only provided one bath towel per person, no additional towels for the hot tub, and only one or two hand towels and wash clothes for each bathroom. Would also be nice to have an additional hair dryer (one per floor, at least). But these were minor issues and quickly resolved. The house is very well located and close to a very nice market, lots of great hiking and anything else that you may need to have a lovely getaway. We would have no hesitation in renting this home in the future. It was exactly what we were looking for for our Thanksgiving getaway.

This place is the perfect place to stay in St. George! We had 3 families...each couple had their own space with a king bed and bathroom, all of the kids had a bed to sleep in. The arcades, ping pong table, fusbal, and hot tub were all a hit with adults and kids alike. Very clean, very welcoming, and a great location close to Snow Canyon. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at Villa 31 and had can adults and 20 kids. We did not know what to expect when we got there and everyone was pleasantly surprised. We have since talked about setting up another trip there for the end of the year. The accommodations were clean comfortable and well thought out. They literally had everything we could need. The resort staff was exceptional. We have stayed in multiple places when going to St George and this is by far the best place we have stayed.

Perfect!
This property proved to be the perfect setting for our family reunion. It's brand new, beautifully designed, spacious, and the layout allowed for parents in the bedroom suites while cousins partied in the upstairs main loft where the bunks and video games were. We're coming back for sure!

What an unforgettable vacation! The house was huge, with everything supplied and even more. The kitchen was full of pots, pans, utensils, and even seasonings. We enjoyed the hot tub outside. Lots of space; enormous rooms with bathrooms and rainfall showerheads and lots of closet space. I love that each room had a TV with netflix, even though we barely watched it. The resort was beautiful. Super new clubhouse and pool/slide/ and lazy river. The staff was so nice, baked cookie all day every day. They even had a really cool art room with so much paint and supplies. We even got paid a visit by the owner of the house, who was such an accomodating and pleasant sir! The house is located almost right across the clubhouse, so it's a super short walk.
