Darling Home on a private drive, Cute as a Cottage, but Spacious Inside and Out!! 3 Bedrooms on 2nd floor of home, consisting of a 1 King Bed,1 Queen Bed and 2 Full Size beds in third bedroom with vanity table. 2 Full Baths, one on each floor, walk in shower and bathtub available. Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, Oven/Range, Microwave too! Open Kitchen to great Dining Area or "Lake Room" with plenty of seating and views of the Lake from ALL windows! There is also a living room with comfortable seating, relaxing getaway to read, play games or catch some TV with your family and friends! Grassy level enclosed yard with plenty of space for fun and games! Walk out gated yard to a large concrete retaining wall, great for chairs to enjoy the lake breeze with private access to the water too! Enter Lake Erie in shallow waters, walk onto hard packed sand, great for taking walks or sitting in a beach chair relaxing, good for water games! New firepit (must provide your own wood) Charcoal Grill, new patio and parking for 3 vehicles. This home has been recently updated with many new improvements including an on demand hot water heater, newer furniture, new bedding & mattresses, appliances and more. Your Boats and water sports equipment can be anchored about 150 feet from the property, boat slip just a few minutes away! Located within minutes of Miller's Ferry or The Jet Express to Put in Bay, Perry's National Monument and Kelly's Island ! Other attractions within minutes include Cedar Point, Historic Lighthouses, Gideon Owen Winery, Cheese Haven, Camp Perry, Ottawa National Wildlife Refugee, along with many bars and restaurants!! We will even provide you with menus from our local favorites, some even deliver! Enjoy this great destination with family & friends! Spring & Fall are wonderful seasons to enjoy this destination with Bird Watching and Fishing. Winter is beautiful to view the icy waters and enjoy some fun local activities! Everything was as listed. A very charming cottage right on the water. Very clean and well stocked with the essentials. I only had question for Allen and he responded right away. Great location for quick access to ferry's to the islands. Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy so we couldn't fully enjoy the outdoor patio. The sun came out the morning we left and gave us the most beautiful view of the lake! Would definitely stay here again!

Love the location. Perfecto for family getaway. We had other family staying 2 doors down. The house was a little musty. May have been the carpet. Not sure. Would definitely stay again.

The house was everything we could ask for. Just the right size for our 3 children, my wife, and her parents. The kids loved swimming and playing in the lake right in front of the house!

It was absolutely a perfect house. The decor was amazing and the attention to details gives it that warm cozy lake house feel. Amenities were abundant and in good working order. Great view of Lake Erie from our front patio.

We celebrated my Mom's milestone 80th Birthday by staying at the lake cottage & it was simply perfect for us.
The retro-vibe cottage was ideally located with easy water access, amazing views & incredible sunsets.
Nice green space for outside games, plenty of seating areas, etc.
Inside layout fit our needs nicely; plenty of room to gather as a group & yet ample opportunties for individual alone time.
Host was very responsive.
We will absolutely book again in the future.

The lake access and house was perfect for our family getaway with plenty of room that we did not feel like we where right on top of each other. The property was in great distance of the ferry to ride to put in bay and short drive to multiple resteraunts. Will happily stay again!

Perfect spot, the kiddos loved every bit of it. They were out in the water every morning and the fact that we had that right out the back door made our stay!! Enjoyed our campfires with the beautiful sunsets. Allen was very accommodating and we were able to stay an extra day to finally enjoy some good weather. Thanks so much.....Would totally return.

Our family of 6 had an amazing time staying at this cute cottage ! The lake side location can not be beat. Easy access to the very shallow, sandy lake with the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. An enclosed grassy area for playing yard games. Would be perfect for small children ! Location is accessible to all kinds of adventures. Put in Bay, Kelley's Island, Cedar Point and more. House has a cute, relaxing vibe. I have recommended this property to friends and we will return!

My family has been vacationing in port Clinton for many years. We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Spacious, clean and perfectly located on the water. Sunsets are beautiful.

Beautiful Lakefront Property
This is one of the rare properties in the area that puts you right on the water. This property has easy access to the water which makes it ideal for families looking for private swimming access. We also had easy check in and check out. You will not be disappointed with this property if you are looking for a lakefront getaway.

Beautiful Home on Lake Erie
Great home with everything you need for a great time at the lake. No one bothered us and the charm of the rental was excellent. Perfect home to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. If you're looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the lake and don't sweat the small stuff this is the place for you. I really hope to return again 😁

Port Clinton Vacation
We really enjoyed staying at this house. It is in a great location to Port Clinton, Catawba, and East Harbor. The pictures online represented the house very well. The house was outfitted with about anything you can imagine. The house was quite comfortable. The views of Lake Erie were outstanding! Thanks for a great stay.

If you have favorable expectations, be cautious
The property's furnishings were dated and worn. Window A/C unit barely cooled the house during the day. Family room had no A/C unit. Pots and pans were old, bad condition, we found them unacceptable. Owner did not return a phone call for information. Is it a VRBO practice to instruct departing guests to strip beds and start washer? Single ply toilet paper, realy.

Enjoy the Lake!
This home is absolutely lovely, perfect location and plenty of room for family to enjoy the lake. There are so many amenities close by. Our grandsons enjoyed swimming in the lake everyday and it was safe since the water level is low with sand bottom. The bedrooms were spacious and we enjoyed having two living areas to separate kids from adults. We particularly chose this property because it had a spacious fenced yard because we had a two year old and wanted to keep him safe from the lake. We totally enjoyed this home and would stay again.

Fall Fishing Trip
We had 3 fabulous days of November fishing. The house is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The views of Lake Erie and the sunsets are amazing. We look forward to many returns.

Family time at the lake
This is a lovely home with an incredible view. We are from Chagrin Falls, and our family members from Harrisburg, Pa. and Goshen, IN met there to celebrate an anniversary and a milestone birthday. We enjoyed watching the herons catching dinner right in front of the house. We would recommend this property to friends.

Charming house with beautiful reviews
You can't beat the views of Lake Erie from here. We caught sunsets, sunrises, and a distant thunderstorm over the lake. The house had everything we needed and so much more. We can't wait to come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Cute, well cared for home with Lake Erie in your backyard. Couldn’t ask for more. Port Clinton has lots to offer and you can visit nearby islands and attractions. We had so much fun and relaxation! Definitely would love to rent this house again in the future!

Great Cozy, Lakey/Beachy Vibe
This was a perfect place for our family gathering. It was spotless and the cozy decor was perfectly matched to the casual classic lake style of the house,. Deb was prompt in communication and the kitchen was well stocked. The patio and yard were nice, as was the lakefront space with the fire pit. The many windows allowed for great lake breezes. The location is nicely residential and convenient to Port Clinton, Catawba and Marblehead/Lakeside. Please note that you should bring your own toilet paper and trash bags, as only starter supplies are provided.
