This modern and colorful 3-room apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and faces south. A parking space is in the yard behind the house. Washer and dryer can be shared for a fee. Living and cooking In the living room there is a cozy sitting area (couch with sleeping function) and a large dining table. Here and in one of the two bedrooms there is a modern flat screen TV for relaxing TV evenings. The kitchen unit integrated in the living room is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. It leaves little to be desired. They even thought of a coffee capsule machine ("Dolce Gusto" brand). The lavishly renovated bathing villa “Perkunos” in Friedensstrasse 4/5 in Heringsdorf is in a central location. With a walk of about 5 minutes you reach the pier of Heringsdorf and the beach.
