I really can't say enough good things about this rental, and the time we had in Nags Head.
I spent five days there with my two teenage daughters, and this place had everything we needed. From the cool layout, to the large bedrooms and bathrooms, to the wonderful deck space, it really has everything you'd want in a home base. We had extra space for three, but groups of 6 or more would have lots of room too.
The kitchen is tight but big enough to make meals big and small and all the tools and supplies you need are there. The sunsets and stars off the deck were a great finish to every day, and the setting is as quiet as it is beautiful. Just a great beach vibe all around.
The location is awesome. The Village setting is close to shopping and supplies, with the Sound side (and the best sunsets) only a 5-10 minute walk, and the beach side only a very short shuttle or drive away. We used the Beach club access for a couple of days, and it was a great bonus - well managed, nice pool, and the food, drink, and service were solid too. It's a great option for those windy days where the beach isn't as ideal.
Lisa was a great host, with instant responses and great recommendations... a pleasure to deal with.
I've been told by my girls that, not only are we coming back to Nags Head, but we are coming back to this place next time too. :) Can't wait.

We loved our stay! So convenient to the beach, via access through the club. The rooms were clean and brightly colored, which our kids loved! They also loved the well stocked beach closet with boogie boards and sand toys. The hosts were so kind and hospitable! We would love to visit again!

Clean, very well stocked. Excellent beach equipment available. Great place and central location. It was too windy for us to use the kayak but a great option. If case you are looking for 3 bathrooms, although this unit came up in a search for 3 BR 3 Bath, it only has 2 bathrooms inside and an outside shower. This is noted in the listing (which I missed) but just a note in case you are looking for a true 3rd bathroom. Fantastic place and we would rent it again.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay within this nice neighborhood that adjoins the sound side. We loved the close proximity to the Food Lion, restaurants, beach and club. The house was spacious and the decks were great with nice seating.

We were very surprised with how great this property was! It was clean and very well stocked. The location was central to everything in the OBX, we were able to explore everything within an hour. The grocery store was close as well as the beach and local attractions. The place had the perfect amount of space for all of us comfortably. The sound was beautiful, and the clubhouse with pool was a nice touch! Although the pool was freezing….but the weather also wasn’t the best. Owners also reached out to us because we missed some items when packing and are sending them to us! Overall a great stay, I would stay again!

This rental was at.the perfect location to access fun in the water or a round of golf. The house was clean and the beach decorations made you feel beach feel while inside. The communication was exceptional and this made it very easy to access the rental. We will definitely love to stay here again.

Adorable!
Cute, great decor, sunny, VERY clean house with multiple balconies close to the beach and sound. Included access to the beach club was a great extra that we didn’t even realize we had until we got there! Had everything you could need, including games for rainy days, beach chairs, etc. Some of us were also working and the wifi connection was great. We didn’t have a chance to use the kayak, which looked really fun. Would definitely stay again!

Clean & Comfortable Beach House
Me, my husband and our one-year old girl stayed for a week at this very clean and comfortable beach house. Lisa could not have been more friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and really loved all of the amenities in the house for our baby. She was able to be herself away from home and for that, we are so thankful to Lisa and her family for making our first family vacation so memorable. I will highly recommend this house to anyone. An absolute gem!

Beautifully Appointed Home Near Amenities
This place was great! The host was very accommodating as there was a potential hurricane. The two decks out back are the best part! Close to the beach, beach club, golf, and most importantly ice cream😀

We felt right at home- If I had a beach house it would be just like this property!
This beach house was absolutely wonderful. Communication with the owners was outstanding and we had no issues at all during our stay. My family found it very clean and extremely well- stocked with everything we could possibly want or need. The beds were comfortable and the decor throughout was lovely. Having the Village Beach Club pool and beach access with plenty of parking was so nice- and there is a shuttle if needed. We enjoyed walking to the Soundside Park and seeing the incredible sunset over the Roanoke sound. We were 100% pleased with this rental and hope to return in the future.

Fun family vacation in Nags Head!
This property was perfect for our family of 5. Good location close to grocery and restaurants. Nice bedroom set up. Use of beach chairs, umbrellas and other gear was very nice perk, as was the use of the kayak. This is a good spot for a family vacation.

Great Beach House
I would strongly recommend this house to anyone who is wanting to stay in the Outer Banks. Owner has done a great job decorating, was very accommodating, and the house is perfect for a family vacation. It may not be ocean front, but it was very nice to come home to in the evening to a nice quiet neighborhood after event filled days at the beach. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice Nags Head Getaway
My parents and myself stayed at this residence for a long weekend getaway at the end of August of this year to relax and meet up with my sister and her in-laws who were staying down in southern Nags Head. This house is very nice and close to lots of great restaurants and shops. We didn't have the best of weather, but made the best of it by getting out and site seeing and enjoying the top deck at the house as much as we could. It was fun watching some of the golfers too. The house is very well kept and really clean and had enough space for us three to spread out if we needed to unwind. The house is located in a nice quiet area where you don't have to worry much about lots of traffic and noise. We hope to be back to the area soon and would love to stay at this place again should it be available next time we come to the area.
