Located in Falmouth, this lovely house for £1,519 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is a unique fully equipped property has glorious direct views of Vineyard Sound, direct large sandy beach access 30 feet away, and many amenities that make it a perfect vacation spot. The Grafton Inn can accommodate your large family, family reunions, corporate meetings, retreats or off-sites, and many other special occasions, or events year-round. Please note cannot host weddings, other large parties or any other tented events. The property sleeps 20+ comfortably, with 10 bedrooms (all air conditioned), each with a full bathroom with shower, and an additional full common bathroom. Sorry, absolutely no pets, NO exceptions. There is an additional room on the first floor that can be fully closed off (with the common bathroom) to serve as an 11th bedroom if you bring a blow up mattress or sleeping bags (perfect for kids!). There are ocean views from most bedrooms and common areas, including a four season enclosed porch with expansive panoramic water and Vineyard views. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including pots/pans/dishes/glasses/wine glasses/toaster/coffee pot/blender/microwave/extra large fridge in shed and small fridge with ice maker on indoor porch), linens, bath towels, wireless high-speed internet, and cable TV in every bedroom. A washer/dryer is also available for use, as well as a fenced in outside area with a very large natural gas BBQ, 2 picnic tables and lounge chairs. A private parking lot for the property can fit around 14 cars. This is truly a remarkable property. The 10+ bedrooms each with their own bathroom provide a unique opportunity for large gatherings of friends and/or family. The ability to gather together in the common areas or have your alone time is a major plus. The oceanfront home books up early, so round up your group and call/email to make your reservations now. **IMPORTANT: Please be aware that there have been scam artists advertising our property on Craigslist cape cod. The copy our ad and offer the house at extremely reduced rates, and have tried to have potential renters pay them money via wire or paypal. We have raised complaints with the FBI and multiple consumer agencies, however they are not able to do much and while we originally got the scammers to take down their ad, it continues to reappear. If you see our property on Craigslist, it is a scam. Similarly, we have become aware of scam activity whereby fraudulent parties are hacking into accounts and replying to inquiries as if they were the owner. If you submit an inquiry to us, please note that WE WILL NEVER REQUEST FUNDS VIA BANK WIRE OR PAYPAL - if you receive a request otherwise it is a fraudulent response to your inquiry and you should delete it immediately.

Great place to gather with friends and relax and enjoy the view. Great restaurants and shopping close by. The house was equipped with everything you could need. Bedrooms were very spacious each with their own private bathroom. We will definitely be returning.

We chose this place because it had plenty of bedrooms with private bathrooms to accommodate our family and out of state guests. The location was perfect for a relaxing day at the beach before the celebration dinner that night. Everyone enjoyed the weekend - only wish we could have stayed longer!

The location was amazing. Had a great time with our extended family. So many places in the house to have multiple areas to spread out. Watched the road race from the porch which was great. 2nd time at this house and would definitely go back. Ocean just a few steps from the porch. So convenient

Excellent accommodations for our family vacation. Thirteen of us ranging in age from 85 to 9. Clean, quiet and comfortable bedrooms and each with its own private bathroom. The kitchen was super well equipped and the dining room table accommodated all 13 of us for shared meals. The location could not be better, beach across the street, walking distance to Martha’s Vineyard ferry, bike rental and quaint town. Margaret and her husband were excellent hosts. Highly recommend!

We have rented this property at least four times and always in December around the holidays for a family get together. The location can’t be beat and the house is comfortable for all of us and it has all that we need for an enjoyable stay. We plan to gather at Grafton Inn next year and the following years as well!

I have rented many different properties thru out New England for my sibling reunions. This Falmouth property now ranks at the top of the list of best places my family has gathered at. The house was spacious, charming, and most importantly very clean! So many positive amenities, lots of private parking, bathrooms in every bedroom, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and on the beach! Having first floor bedrooms was also a convenient feature. The property owner, Felicia, was quick to respond to my questions and the property manager, Margaret, was genuinely concerned about making our stay as comfortable as possible. This property was clean, comfortable and convenient. Definitely a place we will consider as a "redo" for future family gatherings.

There was plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment to cook many family dinners throughout the week. Nice yard space to add to the living space. My family of 17, ages 6 to 73, again had a fantastic time. The updated kitchen was beautiful except for the schizophrenic refrigerator with sporadically had "issues". Not a big deal as the 2 in the shed worked very well as did the ice maker. As always the house was immaculate and very welcoming. Margaret was quick to help with any minor issues that did come up (read refrigerator). Location across from the beach can't be beat and the younger kids were in to water every day even tho temps were in 70's. 10 bedrooms and 12 toilets can't be beat either. I almost don't want to post this as Falmouth is so peaceful and quaint and I wouldn't want that to be spoiled by "tourists" and it become a Hyannis.

We are a group of women (15-20) that go away for a weekend once a year. We stayed here 2 years ago and loved it which is why we came back again in May 2019. It is a warm, cozy and welcoming place, and the enclosed porch is filled with sunshine when the sun is out(this year we had a lot of liquid sunshine). Lots of space to spread out and visit and talk or just gaze at the ocean with your morning coffee. With the beach across the street, great walking and private time as well. Good restaurant a short walk from the house, and a short drive to Falmouth Center. Small glitch with heating and local caretaker was right on top of it with repairman out within a very short time. A great time was had by all.

We filled the house for a recent family reunion/90th Birthday party. Everyone loved the site, right across from the ocean, the spacious gathering areas and bedrooms with their own bathroom with most having amazing views. The property was in good condition, the location right across from the ocean was great, and it had plenty of parking and amenities (kitchen "things" like utensils, dishes, placemats, glasses, pots and pans) for meals at home. We recommend it and would stay there again.

A perfect spot for an extended family gathering!

We rented the Inn for a long weekend in November. There were 7 couples, so we had ample bedroom/bathroom combinations from which to choose. The kitchen was very well stocked - we were able to prepare two large dinners easily and the dining room was more than we could have asked for. The weather was spectacular, the view was great, and the accommodations perfect. Coffee every morning on the four season sunroom was so nice. Everyone had a great time and we are hoping to do it again next year!
