The cabin was excellent, very private. It is located in a Glenwood Springs neighborhood and within walking distance of almost everything. Hotel Glenwood and the Hot Springs pool are within 15 minutes walking distance and old downtown Glenwood is just a bit more than that. Inside the cabin is cozy and has everything you could possibly need. Full kitchen, very well equipped. The bedroom is a little bit tight but there is a walk-in closet with a set of drawers, plenty of room for your clothes. The bathroom is on the other side of the living area from the bedroom but fully stocked and, again, everything you need in a bathroom. I guess if you wanted to be picky, it is a walk-in shower, so no tub. But that is in the description and who uses a tub on vacation anyway?? We were there to play some golf, go to the hot springs (we chose Iron Mountain instead of the tried and true Hot Springs Pool, and Iron Mountain did not disappoint), and visit with some family in town for a memorial service. The little courtyard outside the front door was perfect for just hanging out and relaxing. There is a washer/dryer (which we did not use), BBQ grill (did not use), and sofa sleeper (did not use). Communication and instructions from the host were awesome, we did not need to contact them additionally so can't speak to that but they had everything well taken care of so we didn't need to bug them. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate for one minute to go back. Thanks!!!

Dear Ry, Upgrades were apparent. Everything you could want. We didn’t get a chance to replace the pepper. You’re out. Smoke alarm went off when we made our baked chicken. It wasn’t overly smoky . I guess it’s good that it works. Beds were so comfy. My 84 year old Mom loved every minute. So did Ms. Belle. Rad Cabin is the only yard she’s experienced. Best location ever! It’s such a cute and practical place. Thank you and your wife!

This is our second time renting this cabin and it’s the perfect accommodation in the best location! Quiet neighborhood yet close to town. Tucked away yet with great views. Meticulously clean and fresh with a well appointed kitchen. The bed is super comfortable and decor perfect! The rental, check-in and check-out process was prompt and hassle free. If you want to go out and about, the access is easy or you can tuck in with a good book by the sweet fireplace. We love the Iron Mountain Hot Springs and if you wanted, you can just walk there or to the more well known Glenwood Hot Springs. The hotel was decked out for Christmas and looked glorious at night !!! We Highly recommend this cabin!

Very nice vintage cabin right in the middle of town! The dog loved it as did both of us. Seldom have we stayed at a better equipped house. Even had bags for dog poop! LOVED it and will stay there again.

Great location, very cozy and comfy, dog friendly, fully stocked. It was really nice to have a separate yard for our dogs. Just something to be aware of, this cabin is heavily scented with plug-ins and softener the sheets. No problem unless your allergic/sensitive like me, I recommend bringing your own pillow and unplugging them when you arrive. No complaints at all though, this place is great!

Stayed for a weekend! The photos don’t do this amazing little house justice. Backyard was quite and well kept. Everything was perfect! Will defiantly book this place again in the future!

Very short walk to the hot springs. Many activities in this area. Traffic can be terrible at certain hours but the cabin is walking distance to many activities and restaurants.

We loved our stay. It was much cuter than in the photos. Location was great: we could walk to town but were away from highway/traffic noise. The cabin was small but had absolutely everything we needed. I would highly recommend it.

The RADCabin is a great place to stay when visiting Glenwood Springs. It's as quiet and private as described with it's private, fenced-in yard and entrance. Perfect for us traveling with a pet that enjoys time relaxing outside off leash. The cabin itself is charmingly decorated and well furnished/equipped. We nearly every night without feeling like we were missing any tools. The bathroom was clean and well lit. The living spaces were cozy and comfortable. The bed was a dream after a day spent hiking. The location is also perfect. It's a short walk to just about anything you'd want to do (particularly the hot spring pools) and access to the highway is direct and without much traffic. The owners have clearly worked to make this place a 5/5. I will definitely look to stay here again my next time in Glenwood.

Perfect little private cabin for two! Everything we wanted for our trip.

Property was great. Location was ideal as we were able to walk to everything. Just on the other side of the bridge from the downtown area and a block away from the hot springs. We did a few local hikes where the trail heads were all within walking distance. The property is secluded from the house next door. Kitchen is well stocked and the whole property very clean.

The property was wonderful! The location is cozy with an incredible atmosphere. Everything was clean and fresh, the interior was comfortable and welcoming with the outside lounging area relaxing and secluded enough for privacy without being isolated. The property owners were helpful and responded quickly to all questions we had! When we come back to the area we will be looking to get this location again!

Arrival process was easy. Once we got into the cabin we commented several times that they thought of everything! Really well appointed, cozy house. Location was great. It was easy to walk into town or to the main city trails. 2 minutes off of I-70. Would stay there again when we head to Glenwood Springs.

Enjoyed our stay. Location was with in easy walking distance to most things. The cabin was comfortable and private. I would highly recommend this to any couple staying in Glenwood springs.
