The location, very close to Toruń and easily accessible by car. The room was large, so was the brand new bathroom with washing machine accessible to guests, shower, bathtub and plenty of room to exercise.

Sharing a bathroom with other guests might be a discomforting to some. But in defense of that there was additional bathroom on the same floor, so if someone occupied the main one, you could use another.
