Located in Deschutes River Woods, this charming house for £192 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This house is located within walking distance of Seventh Mountain Resort Our house is a brand new attached home (only attached on one wall, with firewall between, and very quiet.) It is located in a wonderful subdivision called Milepost 1, which are the closest residential units to Mt. Bachelor, yet we are still less than 5 minutes to town! Since we are so close to Bachelor, you can easily be the first to the slopes and miss all the traffic getting out of town! One turn onto the road to Bachelor and you are there! The Deschutes River Trailhead is only a few steps from the back door (50 yards), and Phil's trail and Rimrock Trailhead (to name a few) are very close by. We are in walking distance to the Seventh Mountain Resort (which has a bar and restaurant, as well as activities in summer and winter) and 1/2 mile to Widgi Creek Golf Course! Please note we are in a quiet neighborhood and we have the utmost respect for our neighbors. Loud and rowdy groups will not be tolerated. Thank you for your understanding. Please also note that there is parking for 4 vehicles (not oversized) on our property. There is no street parking. Please do not plan on bringing large, oversized or more than 4 vehicles as we will be fined and will be passing those fines along to our guests. Appointed with all new luxury furnishings, the space is sure to rank highly on anyone's "best places I've stayed" list. With a large open great room/kitchen, the space screams for social get togethers with friends and family! 6-7 person hot tub out on the back patio, complete with a fire pit and adirondacks makes the back patio the ultimate place to relax in the afternoon/evening. Our backyard is shaded in the afternoon, which is perfect in the the hot Bend sun! We are walking distance from the Seventh Mountain Resort, with a bar/restaurant and numerous facilities open to the public: Ice skating in the winter, river rafting and horseback riding in the spring/summer/fall. All of those can be booked through their website. They also have a disc golf course you can use, as well as a mini kids-dirt track for bikes. Widgi Creek Golf Course is also very close by and has extremely reasonable rates for a great course! 2 master suites (1 upstairs, 1 down) each have King beds. There are 2 further bedrooms with queen beds upstairs that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Lastly, there is a den/office downstairs with a pull out queen sleeper. All beds are equipped with memory foam mattresses and quality pillows. Additionally, there is an air mattress that guests are free to deploy anywhere. Blackout shades in every room, so you can sleep in, or sleep it off! Please note there are 4 parking spaces in the home, but no street parking, so a maximum of 4 cars can be brought. The closest free parking is a couple of miles down the road. Pets are welcome with a $75 Pet Fee per pet, maximum of 2. Washer and Dryer in the home, free for your use. We do have RING cameras that monitor the outside of the house. There are no cameras inside of the home.

Great location next to 7th Mtn Resort where we could play disc golf, white water raft, hang out near Benham Falls and the river, golf at widgi creek etc. Dean, the manager, was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The home was quiet, spacious, comfortable and beautiful with all necessary amenities for a large group.

We stayed here for a week of skiing at Mt Bachelor. The location was perfect, the accommodations were excellent and we got to meet Andrew who was delightful. Really, this place is top-notch including many extras in the pantry and kitchen supplies. Definitely stay here if you are in Bend!

We had a wonderful 7 day adventure in a place we have called our second home (Bend) for 50+ years. First time to this wonderful town home and we will be back. Everything was exceptional. ZERO complaints. The heated walkway was a huge bonus too - to prevent slipping with an infant and in general. I recommend this home for its location (we were on the mountain for first chaiar almost every day)... ease of access to Bend and furnished completely. Enjoy ! Best place around.

Great location w/ walking distance to hiking trails along Deschutes river and short drive to downtown Bend. The house was spacious and comfortable for our family of 9. It was clean and had everything we needed... well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook, enough paper goods, detergent, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit in the evenings. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would go back to this place.

We spent a long weekend with our family and enjoyed everything about this place. The kitchen is a cooks dream! The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Only 10 minutes to shops and restaurants.. we had a wonderful time!

This house was so nice, really spacious and very well stocked. These owners know what they're doing. Had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. We hiked nearby areas and ran the trails during the day and enjoyed the fire pit, bbq and hot tub in the evening. There are hiking trails all around this property and we were able to easily access them with our two year old. Highly recommend this place!!

This place is the perfect spot for multiple families to get together. The house is well organized, clean, spacious, with modern amenities. Andrew was very communicative and easy to get in touch with. You can tell that all the flow of the house was well thought out and that owners really cared to keep things organized and clean. The kids loved the jacuzzi and used it everyday. We will definitely be staying here again.

There were 3 families staying in the home and we were so impressed! The home is so clean, modern and spacious. The furnishings were so comfortable and just right for accommodating us all. The beds and linens were awesome and everyone slept so good. The kitchen had everything you could ever want for cooking with all high quality items. The outdoor living area was great with a bbq, large table and chairs, firepit and hot tub and the afternoon shade really made a big difference. The location of the home was perfect for our families. The neighborhood felt safe and had so many things for kids to do. Amazing hiking, biking and disc golf were just steps away. The owner was so responsive to all our questions and took care of everything we needed. We will definitely be requesting this home again when we come back.

We loved our stay at Andrew’s home near the Seventh Mountain Resort. The home was spacious, modern, upscale, and had been excellently cleaned for us upon arrival. We enjoyed their grill, fire pit, luxury kitchen, and close proximity to the cascades lakes where we spent time at our favorite ~ Devil’s Lake. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home. The reclining couch and bean bag chairs added to a wonderful moving watching experience after long days on the Deschutes. We will be back.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home had plenty of room for us to spread out, the beds were comfortable and the outdoor space with spa and fire table were an added bonus. Kitchen was incredibly well equipped making cooking for a larger group easy. Location was perfect as we had access to the Deschutes River Trail within walking distance and the drive into town was short. The home was quiet and clean and check in/check out was easy. We will definitely be back!
