Лучшее из возможного!

Провела в у Армине 3 дня. Она и ее мама прекрасные люди, очень душевные и щедрые! В комнате и во всей квартире чистота и порядок. Хозяева готовы помочь во всем, угостить, чем богаты! Квартира находится в 4-х станциях метро от центра, так что добраться до основных достопримечательностей можно за полчаса. Рядом есть овощные лавки и продуктовые магазины. Отдельного внимания заслуживает место для релакса, которое хозяйки обустроили на крыше дома: тут можно и на качелях покачаться, и в гамаке полежать, глядя на город с высоты 9-го этажа, а если повезет, то и Арарат увидеть!!! Я благодарна Армине и ее маме за теплый прием, если еще приеду в Ереван, обязательно остановлюсь у них! Рекомендую всем!

Really great accommodation. I feel very good and comfortable here. The owners are very nice and friendly. Even though the apartment is outside the center and in an ordinary housing estate, I feel better here than in a hotel in the city center

Roof top was very nice. Nice view of the sunset and mout ararat. Nice staff you Will feel at home with armenian People.

Hard to find. I got direction how to reach the place. But i took a taxi and went on the second entrance at the back of the hostel(near a playground). The hostel is in the middel nr 16. If you see building on the left thats nr. 18.

A peaceful, serene and cosy stay in Yerevan

The guesthouse is so cosy, charming and clean. I had a gorgeous balcony with a delightful view, so I was able to catch picturesque sunsets. The location is close to metro stations. Armina and her mother are so welcoming and kind-hearted, and not invasive or intrusive. Armina was really so helpful, especially when my flight arrived early in Yerevan. Really recommend this place for those wanting a peaceful, charming and serene experience in Yerevan.

Armina's place feels like home! Must-stay.

Armina's place felt like home-sweet-home, even with other guests around. It is cozy, always kept clean, and occasionally you may even get offered a meal! Armina and her mother are very hospitable. As a bonus there'a roof with a hammock & a view of the city and the mountains, including Ararat. Definitely stay here!

excellent accomodation in Yerewan

It was a really good accomodation and interesting talks with Armine. I was glad to have a shower after a rainy bicycle drive through Yerewan. From the room you have a beautiful view over Yerewan. Public transport is nearby (metro and bus). The mother of Armine cooked a very good soup - thank you. We had interesting talks about the life and the situation in Armenia - this is what I enjoy. All the best to you, Armine. Thank you for the pleasant stay. Also good location for the last stage on my bicycle to the airport!

A home in Yerevan!

Good Place to staying in Yerevan. Armina and her mother are very kind and helpful , Ask to them for everything. Even there Is a roof top with Amazing view to Yerevan and Mountains! What else? Thank you so much!!!!

A cosy accommodation with nice and friendly hosts

The host was really nice and helpful and the property had everything I needed, including kitchen with all equipment, spacious bathroom, lockable room, comfy bed with warm blanket. The room is big and has a heating and air conditioning along with the balcony with good city view. Several supermarkets are in 5 mins walking distance and metro station in 15 mins walk. Big shopping center (Yerevan Mall) and main railway station are also in 15-20 mins by feet.

her generosity her ability of speaking english was up to scratch cleanliness spacious and useful chicken distant from the metro station

to be honest it was a long story, after tussling with the cab driver who prevented from dealing the charge to take me to the hostel and just said come on get on the car( he didn't know much english)! and despite using navigation he got around the city to take me to the hostel and finally found the place by calling the hostess! finally we didn't reach an agreement so the hostess afforded the half of the cab's fare! the building was on old one which looked abandoned on the doorway and specially the stairway and the house was located on the top floor( 9th floor) but we made it to the last floor by the elevator! as i was so pissed off and outraged by the cab driver behaviour i made a mistake and didn't check the facilities properly! as the hostess and her mother left the house i popped up to the city and when i came back to the house i found out that the door from the room which were given to me without lock! yes there were no luck at the door!! despite the other three rooms! i asked her about the lock and she just said sorry! we haven't installed any lock on this handle! so i left the house abruptly because of lack of safety at the house cause another guy was living the next room! and found another hostel at 12 am! i texted her and gave her keys back at the next morning but refused the money she proposed me for the compensation!

Superb

Armina and her mother are caring hosts. I had been staying there for a 4 days. Everything was fine. Armina treated me to local dishes of Armenian cuisine. This place is good value for money for single treveller.

Amazing

The room was very clean! Armina and her mother are amazing! Armina can speak English very well and Russian! She told me about the best places to know in the city! She smokes but just outside of apartment, so don't need to be afraid with smells of cigarettes because it will not happen!! I think that was the best Guest house that I stayed in many countries that I have been!! Friendly, clean and I felt like in my home.

The room is on the last floor of the building, so from the terrace you have a very nice view. It was very clean and warm. Ermina speaks very well English, and she is always willing to help, with the accommodation, the taxis, the area, food, etc. Thank you Ermina and mother for your help and the hospitality!

Best starter into local life

I like especially that ir is so personal, more like a homestay. Armine is full of knowledge and nice to talk to, her mother is very sweet and always smiling. I feel like really being in Armwnia experiencing local life. The views over town are great and it is really quiet. The walk to the metro and the ride with it adds to the experience.

Excellent place to feel like home

Owner is very kind and everything is so clean I ... you feel like home , is comfortable and owner is warm they always won’t to help you,, location is good only 10 minutes from metro ,, an two station of republic square,,, kitchen is huge and owner always put sweets and frites in the table ,,, is best place in Yerevan for sleep ..
