A covered front porch greets guests as they make their way through the front door into the welcoming entryway. New beautiful wood floors keep this home elegant and comfortable. The main living space of the first floor is designed as an open-concept floor plan allowing the living room to blend seamlessly into the kitchen. Guests will enjoy plush furnishings around a large fireplace. Indulge in an enhanced vantage point on the lake from the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows providing breathtaking views of the water. The kitchen comes complete with top-of-the-line appliances making serving up something savory a treat. Surrounded by chairs, this island makes the perfect seating addition to the six-person dining room table located just on the other side of the kitchen wall. No chairs in the bedrooms. No grab bars in shower which were slick because of the soft water. TV offering marginal. We had to pay for a subscription to watch ESPN as well as local channels. Igniter on grill didn't work. Owner requested not to wear shoes in house. That is dangerous as steps are all hardwood to walk in socks. Also burden on people with planters fasciitis

We stayed here with our families (grandparents and little kids) to celebrate a birthday, the house was even better than shown in pictures. Beautiful, spacious and clean. The views of Lake Michigan from the front upstairs two bedrooms was incredible. Short walk to the beach and playground. The fire pit outside was so nice and the views from the front porch and family room was stunning. We loved our stay here! If there was a cancellation policy we’d already have booked to come back next year.

This home is absolutely beautiful, just as pictured. It actually seemed bigger than we expected! Plenty of space for our group of six and comfortable for gathering in the kitchen, living room, dining room, and outdoors. The view is stunning and it’s a two minute walk to the beach.

We love, love, loved this house! It was spacious, gorgeous and very well equipped. The kitchen had every pot, pan and utensil imaginable. We had 14 people of all ages living together and cooking together and never felt cramped. The decor was lovely. Beds were very comfortable. And, the LOCATION; Right across the street from the beautiful beach! A++

We had an amazing vacation at this house. We loved being walkable & bikeable to town. The kids loved walking to the park and beach. The house had everything we needed, plenty of beds, a Keurig and a coffee pot, a pack n' play, plenty of towels, but could have used a few more washcloths. This house was great for our extended family getaway. The location is ideal, so close to the beach and a short walk downtown. With a game room and a living room for gathering, our large group could choose an exciting location or a more relaxed place to sit and talk. The kitchen was well equipped, and we had plenty of comfortable bedrooms for everyone.

Our group of girlfriends spent the weekend in SH and rented this beautiful property. It was beautiful, spacious, & had every amenity and accommodation you could hope for. The view of the water was breathtaking and you’re walking distance from almost everything!

The house was very nice and the location was great! The views are amazing as well! The only issue we had was one toilet was not working well and the check out time is too early at 10am. I did try to call the company to get a later check out time Saturday but they did not get back to me until 9:30am the day of check out and by that time we were already packed and planning to leave at 10am. Other than those two issues, we had a great stay and loved the house and views.

This property was absolutely perfect! Our group had kids ranging from 16-3 years old. The proximity to the park and public beach access was ideal. There was nothing that was "missing" as far as kitchen utensils, linens, towels, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation home!! The outdoor fire pit is wonderful and the ample supply of outdoor seating. Great supplies in the kitchen for cooking. Very clean and spacious bedrooms. The top floor, front bedrooms don’t have black out blinds, so it’s very light in the morning; however the view of Lake Michigan makes up for it! If you have kids who need to nap, the bedroom in the basement is the perfect room. Highly rec this house! Wish the house manual was easier to locate on the app—we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the inside fire place and couldn’t get ahold of someone.

This house was clearly designed to take advantage of the fabulous views and they accomplished that goal. From many rooms in the house you feel like you are looking at a high definition big screen tv with a video of the lake on it. Everything about the house and the management company is first class.
