Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. - The queen bedroom under the stairs on the 1st floor does not have central heat. A space heater is provided for this bedroom. Parking Details: 2 small cars in the garage. We do not allow parking on the driveway at this property as this is also used by our neighbors. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
