It was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay. Every aspect of the stay was horrible.

The location of the hotel was good. Ambience was also good. They have One8 Commune in their premises and that adds to the value overall.
I would love to specially mention Ms Ruchi Guliyani, who addressed all my queries very calmly and provided solutions to all my problems pertaining to the hotel. An apt Hospitality person that she was, she made all the guests so comfortable with her pleasing personality and her soft talk. Highly appreciate.
The check-in was rough. Receptionist was unrefined and demanded money in advance. While I was rushing for a meeting and I asked for contact number of the hotel, he gave me his personal number and then didn't pick my phone through the day. Seemingly untrained staff at the welcome counter. That needs to be improved on war footing.
There was water leakage problem in the bathroom. Room got water logged and the receptionist's reaction was, "whenever there is water logging in the room, we shall flush out the water". That was shockingly disappointing but Mr. Rahul and Ms Ruchi Guliyani sorted that out and changed me to other room in no time. However the problem of water leakage should not have been there, at first place and receptionist's reaction to that was highly disappointing.

Bad and rude hotel staff.
Not recommended at all, don't waste your money on this cheap property.
They didn't accept the booking and said they are sold out even after I got confirmation from Booking.com and on a call to them.

The rooms were not clean. The blinds were broken, there were stains all over the wooden furnitures, the wall needs repairing. The lock was broken.
Additionally, they were asking for INR 2000/- over the room rent which is nowhere mentioned on any of the booking sites.
Even after contacting the help desk multiple times for a room change they didn't change the room.

One of the worst experiences i ever had in my life.
I had urgent meeting but the wifi wasn’t provided, even after asking for same I didn’t get any respond and because of that i faced a loss.
Room maintenance was not good, wall’s and floor badly need maintenance.
I would suggest you to not to book this one, otherwise maybe you’ll regret it later like me.

The room looked quite clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was pretty decent. The bathroom in our room was quite clean and tidy as well.
They did not allow the guests to order food from outside, so we ordered the food from the hotel for which they had very limited options and still overpriced. The AC in our room was very loud and kept making sounds throughout our entire stay. They charged us more than the amount that was shown on the website, even after including the taxes.
