The Palm Desert Mall is just a short 10 min walk and it is also just 1 mile from world class shopping, off of famous El Paseo. This mid century home features; - A private tennis court, - Private sparkling salt water pebble tech pool, - Four (4) bedrooms furnished with (4) Queen beds and (1) Cal king in the master bedroom. Inside the home you can enjoy a fun game of table tennis or a game of pool. This home was recently renovated all kitchen appliances and furnishings are brand new to enjoy.

The house has something for everyone. My grandkids go from 19 to 4, and the way the house is organized and what it offers, provides a great place to have everybody entertained

The private tennis court right in your backyard is the ultimate dream for tennis lovers! And when you get too hot after playing for hours you can jump right into the salt water pool.

The tennis court makes the property. It was such a nice piece of our vacation that made planning much easier, especially given how hard it is to find court time around tennis focused event days. We could play tennis while others lounged by the pool - not a bad way to spend a vacation!
The house slept a group of us without issue; note we had less than the suggested amount because we didn't want ppl sleeping on air mattresses! While we were worried about only having two bathrooms, it worked out just fine.
While there were some things that were not ideal (no A/C in the bedroom off the kitchen, finite amount of silverware, and no kitchen towels), Lexi and her team were always very quick to accommodate as requested. I knew that if I mentioned something to her, it would immediately be handled.
Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely rent it again!

Nice spot for a family trip. Great restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Tennis court and basketball court were awesome. Ping ping and pool table provided endless entertainment. All sorts of other fun and unique games throughout the house. Heated pool. House was well stocked. Thanks for having us!

Comfortable for Couples - and four children bed wise but could do with more toilets/bathrooms. Great fun with Ping Pong table and swimming pool. Good Kitchen and supplies. Adequate parking is a plus.

Can’t complain. Had a group of 9. It was tight as no one shared a bed. I feel sleeping 12 is a bit of a stretch but would be great with 8-10 if shared beds. 2 beds are in spare room for laundry and one is in closet in main bedroom. It’s cozy and feels a bit tight but price is lower than others I’m sure.
Location great and easy to rent from. Tennis court was fun but half the lights were out so was very tough to actually play at night.
Would rent again with a smalller party for sure

Plenty of room and activities! Comfy beds and updated bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Great location near grocery stores and restaurants. We loved Mi Cultura, Peruvian place close by. Lexi was responsive and accommodating.

It was a fun house, with many games to play both indoors and outdoors, but description was a bit misleading. Listed as sleeping 12, but turned out to have 5 beds (sleeps 10), with an air mattress in the closet to sleep an additional 2 people. At our age, no one wanted, or was expecting to, have to sleep on an air mattress. There wasn’t even ample space to put the air mattress out, so was very disappointed in the sleeping arrangement.
Although it was nice to have a tennis court in the backyard (which was the primary reason we chose this house), it’s not up to standard regulations, and there’s not enough space between the baseline and fence to be able to properly swing your racket since you end up hitting the back fence on your backswing (on both sides of the court). Also, we kept losing balls because the backyard has hedges along the perimeter, so once a ball rolls under there, it was extremely difficult to retrieve (and the ball would be covered in dirt).
The host was very easy to communicate with, and was super prompt with responses whenever we needed anything.

This desert house was perfect for my friends and I to celebrate my birthday. Generally nice place to enjoy for all ages and good location for shopping.
But little disappointed on bedding and cups/dishes/spoon&forks etc..the sheets smelled and you have to clean the dust off the dishes before using kitchen stuffs.

Perfect place for my group
Me and 9 of my friends stayed here for a 3 day golf trip. It was perfect! We took advantage of the pool, basketball court, ping pong / pool table, and countless other things. Such a blast, can’t wait to get back!
Only negative thing I’d say is this house was completely bare in terms of being stocked with any essentials (absolutely no shampoo/soap in the bathrooms, and not even salt or pepper in the kitchen) so make sure you come prepared :)

There was no soap or shampoo so bring that stuff. The dining room table was large in size, but chairs were stained/needs new cushions and only sit 6 people.
Overall it was a great stay, but for the price of the house we had higher expectations.

This house was perfect fir the 10 of us! Centrally located to everything we like to do. Shopping, hiking, the living desert were very close. The house provided a pool, tennis court, pool table, ping pong and many board games. We will be back!

Excellent getaway
Clean, spacious and beautiful property. The property owner is incredibly responsive and generous and our family very much enjoyed our trip. This was our second time booking and we will for sure return again in the very near future.

Great house!
My family really enjoyed staying here. My teens loved the tennis court, pool, the ping pong and the pool table. Lots to do! We brought our own racquets just in case, but everything is provided including tennis balls, racquets and ping pong paddles. Very clean inside, (the pool area and table/chairs could have been a little cleaner). Ice maker/water dispenser doesn’t work, but ice trays were provided. Lots of extra towels provided. Lexi was very quick to respond to every question and very helpful. Perfect vacation getaway during Covid times. We will definitely be back!

COVID July 2020 getaway
This property was excellent for me and my family. Everyone had their space and when we were together, either while poolside or dining we were comfortable. We enjoyed all the emmenities the home had to offer.
The owner, Lexi, was spontaneous on responses to our questions. I look forward to staying at this property in the future.

The perfect getaway spot for your quarantine pod!
We had a fantastic three night stay at the property on Sierra! My husband and I stayed in the house with our two sons (ages 9 and 11). Two other families that we have been spending time with during the quarantine rented condos nearby and hung out with us during the day. In total, there were 5 adults and 7 kiddos hanging out at the house, playing tennis, swimming in the pool, and sharing meals. It was glorious. The house is spacious and structured in such a way that the bedrooms were quiet. The house is nice enough to be enjoyable without being so fancy that you have to worry your kids will destroy something. And there is plenty of room. We can't wait to return!

Perfect family Easter Vacation
We decided to rent this property because of the tennis court . all tennis courts were shut down due to Covid. We were in heaven upon arrival when we saw how big the backyard was. The court was well maintained although a little tight from baseline to fence ( hard To retrieve topspin). There were lights for us to play at night but not that bright so it was hard to play at night. The salt water pool was very nice and warmed up pretty fast. The only complaint were the broken chairs . Only three worked so unfortunately, not everyone could relax in the comfy chairs!
There is only one tV which was a little disappointing because the house is pretty big . I loved “Alexa” which made it so nice and easy to turn on whatever we wanted! The master bedroom was a good size and bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom is very small but had a nice shower. The adjacent bedrooms were also nice with beds that were pretty comfortable as well. There’s loads and loads of towels that were provided for the pool and bath which was so incredibly nice!! The washer and dryer was great and the kitchen was pretty well equipped.
Our property manager, Lexi was easy to correspond with . The location is superb !!! You could walk to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Westfield Mall (although closed because of Covid).
We also walked to the famous hiking trail , Bump and Grind which was the highlight of our trip!
I definitely recommend this property but understand that the house is a little older. Other than that, it’s the absolute perfect house for an active family!!! We can’t wait to rent it again!!
