Our newly remodeled and newly furnished home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage, a remodeled pool, a new vinyl privacy fence, a spacious backyard with plenty of room for RV and boat parking, and community boat ramp access to Tampa Bay. It is centrally located close to Tampa International Airport, downtown, Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, etc. Our place is specially well suited for families. We are prepared with all the items needed such as towels, bedding, cups, dishes, etc. Our max occupancy is 8 guests. We can accommodate up to 6 cars, 2 in the garage and 4 in the driveway. The entire home is accessible to our guests. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are well stocked with everything needed. We also provide WiFi access, use of a computer and printer, smart TV and cable in every room, washer and dryer, outdoor grill, etc. The house exterior is under video surveillance for safety. Cameras are located outside and cover all entry points into the house and property. The pool and hot tub are within the coverage area of the device. There are no cameras in the interior of the home. A noise monitoring device is in place in the back patio. The home is equipped with a key less entry keypad. You will be provided a key code to enter the home prior to arrival so that you may check in and check out at your convenience. Although our place is not on the water, it does have plenty of room for boat parking and includes access to the neighborhood boat ramp with water access to Tampa Bay.
