Perfect!

Very clean and staff was amazing

My only thing I could say I didn’t like was there were not any vending machines for the kids

The room and the staff were great!

It served its purpose.

The pool was cloudy and it had a fishing line or something in the water. It wasn't very warm to be a heated pool either. We were freezing when we got out and had to go back to the room and take a hot hot shower and just felt kinda dirty.

Needs a deep cleaning.

Location

Hallways were very dirty. It looked like the carpet had not been swept for weeks. Even the tile flooring in lobby was dirty. 2nd floor carpet from elevator all the way to our doorstep was filthy.

There were no towels the whole stay. Had to go buy towels for us to take a shower. They double charged my card off of their error. Will never stay there again.

The hotel "lost" our reservation so we were never able to check-in after booking months in advance.

The customer service was very disappointing upon check-in. We made our reservations months ago but for some reason, the reservation was not found. This wasn't helpful especially considering my family reunion was being hosted at the same hotel during our visit.

We left exhausted.

The hotel itself was very nice. The lady that checked us in and the gentleman that checked us out was very nice.

At 2:55 am we called the front desk due to the room next to us. They had several boys (middle and/or high school age). They were making lots of noise in their room and in the hall. In the hall, they were playing frisbee or football. They were so loud they woke my whole family. When all of this continued for quite some time, my husband called the front desk again. The gentleman on the phone said he went up there and didn’t hear anything. This was a lie. My husband was watching through the peek hole on the door. Also, if the gentleman had come up, he would have seen the boys running and tackling each other in the hallway. After the second call, things calmed down (around 4:00 am). My husband didn’t approach the boys because earlier in the evening they yelled “fuck you” to him when he chose to wait for another elevator rather than squeeze in with the bag cart and our 9 year old daughter. We left absolutely exhausted that morning.

The location was great. The building was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Due to it being at capacity there were issues getting clean towels at times but understandable.

The best!!!!

It’s always clean and tidy. I always have to check and clean when i get to a hotel after staff. But not at the Hilton!!!!! I know it’s clean and tidy even when i do my own little cleaning. We’re always comfortable and i will always stay here when i visit home in tn.

comfortable stay in olive branch

really nice property, comfortable room, friendly staff. good location next to Walmart and a number of food outlets

our room was opposite a store room, with staff in and out letting the door slam from about 6am. on the morning of checking out housekeeping knocked on the door three separate times trying to clean the room, despite check out being 12pm.

Amazing stay in a nice area with fantastic, friendly staff!

The staff were what made this hotel incredible. From the man and lady who met us at reception whose names we didn’t get, to Tan in the dining room - they were all amazing!
