My overall stay was good, it was quiet, the room was nice a big

Nice rooms, our junior suite was nice and roomy. had everything we needed. I would stay again.

The beds were a little hard to my liking but everyone is different, the bathroom was quite small but not a big issue.

Convenient location, appropriately priced for provided amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful in supplying missing items as requested.

Beds and pillows weren’t comfortable. The couch in the junior suite felt like it was constructed from cardboard. Rooms were lacking/missing small things e.g. toilet paper was paper thin 1-ply and there weren’t extra rolls, no ice buckets in room.

Customer service was absolutely top notch!

The bathroom was so small that the toilet was 1cm from the door while opening it. The bathroom was pretty dirty too with piss stains down the front of the toilet and dirt in the corners of the floor and on the baseboards.

That the water system took so long to warm up. The room needed more comfortable chairs.

Good Get away from home

The hotel is easily accessible and a good location. The staff were quite friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The food was great.

Exceptional

The lady at the front desk made us feel right at home. We extended our stay an additional night due to the heavy rains (unsafe on a motorcycle) and she extended our stay very easily (no muss or fuss)

The attached restaurant closed on Monday, turning away quite a few customers . . .

Superb

Very friendly Staff…arrived at the hotel at 11:00pm but Staff acted like it was the kiddie of the day…very happy and offered to help carry bags to the room as the trolley was being used for something else….very comfortable bed and the room was spotless

I really liked our short stay and this will be our new go to hotel in Camrose.

I was amazingly surprised by this hotel, I love the fact that they had no carpet in their room:)

I remote controller for the room seemed a little complicated for no apparent reason and that might just be me, also having the wifi password in an obvious location like the desk would be more easier to find than on the cable box.

I will not stay here again.

Front staff was friendly and apologetic.

Carpet was absolutely filthy, room smelled, no water in toilet, water IN the bathtub, worst mattress ever, there was a mix up with my reservation.....glad it was only for one night. Definitely not worth the price I paid.
