It was like home from home. The apartment was cosy and comfortable and included all the small things that made our stay easier - herbs, spices, and some basic foods. Toys, books, and teddies for our 3 year old.
The location was perfect! It's literally a few minutes' walk from everything.
When we arrived, we received such a warm and helpful welcome! Which put us at ease - a bottle of wine was also waiting for us!
The furniture needs some repairs, and some areas could do with some maintenance (painting), however, this didn't affect our stay.

Apartment is very spacious, located in good place, has a washing machine and dishwasher. We were provided with a baby cot and checked in earlier. Apartment is very modern.

Well equipped apartment. Very convenient location and well connected.
Comfortable stay for a few nights.
The checkin and check out were not flexible.
The host was a bit strict about our arrival time as we were planning to arrive late (around 8pm). She also came to collect the keys at checkout 10 mins prior to the planned hour (10 am) which gave us alot of pressure in packing and leaving.
No storage space to keep our things during the day.

New building with good equipment in apartment. Good location near to beach and in walking distance to center.
We expect 2 bedroom apartment. On arrival host say that if we are 4 persons than we could use only one bedroom and common room.

The apartment is cozy, near the old centre and the beach, very quite area and the owners have been very kind and helpful. We strongly recommend it.

there’s air conditioning, washing machine, great cooking facilities it’s spacious,

spacious
several items require maintenance. the sofa bed was damaged: a sharp iron was sticking out which injured one of the guests. one cushion was not clean. The door intercom was broken and felt down from the wall by itself when the bell rang. Foto is available upon request, for quality purposes.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. I very much appreciated there were items (coffee, dishwasher liquid and tablets, herbs, etc) we could use to avoid having to go to supermarket first day. There was also a small welcome pack, which was a nice surprise :-). Close to beach, restaurants, shops and Old Town.
Apartment is fine, but a bit worn. Bedsofa is very uncomfortable, but fine for small kids. Apartment is on first floor facing a busy street, which makes it a bit noisy. Air-conditioning is cheap type with a tube sticking out through the window, preventing the window to fully shut (though there are outside shutters).

Really nice flat - comfortable, clean and incredibly spacious. It was also well equipped and we were extremely happy we were able to stay there for a full week. We were met at the flat by the owner who was very helpful and welcoming and her communications about check-out etc. were just right. I have no doubt she would have been most helpful had anything needed sorting out. I should add that the location was brilliant. Antibes is a lovely resort and within a few minutes we could walk to a selection of shops, restaurants, the old town, a park. Or do longer walk across to Juan-les-pins, short train ride to Cannes, Nice, Monaco. Great holiday.
One morning the road cleaning / bin collection was a bit noisy - but generally pretty quiet in there thanks to the shutters. For the convenience of an apartment building in town, I don't think you can expect silence. It was a great stay.
