The location is great. It is right next to the ocean.

The place is very dirty. There was a little bit of mold on the wall and you could tell that the host didn't seem to really care about the property.

The condo is very outdated and condo is not maintained. Also my deposit was refunded until February 17th and our stay was in January. I had to keep i quiring about it.

The location was good across the mall, pool, beach and kids area was nice.

It would’ve been nice if they explain that the apartment is in Royal Park hotel. where you do have access to their amenities pool, bathrooms beach, kids area and towels. obviously you are not allowed to use their bar or restaurants unless you pay a daily fee of 1,600 pesos per person. you feel excluded because the bracelets that they use for booking guest is a different color form the rest of the guest in the hotel and I honestly felt uncomfortable the treat is different because they know you are not part of the hotel. The apartment was really outdated bathroom smelled so bad, lighting in the shower area was horrible it was really dark towels they provided where ugly and they didn’t smell clean you guys should just use white towels like the hotel. kitchen was ugly stove rusty, overall apartment is outdated and some what ugly for the amount I paid I could’ve stayed in a better hotel. but lesson learned we will not be coming back or recommending it unless you really want to stay in Park Royal Hotel I’m sure their rooms are better.

I booked an appartment for 4 days. And now im booking for 8 more days. I give the staff 5 stars and the hotel 5 stars. Everthing is awsome. Next time im in cancùn ill sure whill book this place again🙂

The comfort and location

This was the worst booking I’ve gone too everything in the apartment was falling apart water leaking from kitchen sink due to faucet being broken shower was missing a shower door which made a huge mess when showering staff was rude and not helpful at all we definitely won’t be back don’t recommend this place at all wish I took pictures to show what a joke this place was

Location is great. Right across the street from La Isla Shopping Mall and on the beach.

Pictures of the apartment don’t represent reality. The place is very spacious but the furniture needs some updating.

I liked the stay in this airbnb because we needed to change accommodation urgently and this was a great option for 6 of us. We enjoyed that we could use facilities of the hotel Royal (pools and beach access) although airbnb doesn't belong to the hotel. The location was amazing - close to the Mall where we went for lunches and dinners.

We would appreciate if the hosts could change the towels more than 1x in our stay.

Fraudsters. Instead of 100 sqm a small hole of apartment absolutely desaster fur very expensive price
