The location can't be beaten A 1 min walk to the main street in Sorrento, cafes, The Conti, Hotel Sorrento & the front beach at your doorstep, With a grand outdoor entertaining area with heated spa surrounded by a huge, fully fence yard. On a grand scale offering 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, set up with families, friends & corporate groups in mind. A maximum of 12 adults can stay at this house, 19 when its a mix of adults and children. Central heating and air conditioning to ensure your comfort all year round free Wi-Fi & all linen included. Spanning over two levels, entrance level has open plan living with large kitchen and second large living area. The house is fully air conditioned to ensure your comfort all year round. Wireless waterproof speaker. Enormous fully equipped chefs kitchen. Bedroom one: Queen bed with ensuite Bedroom two: Queen bed Bedroom three: 2 single bunks plus a trundle bed, sleeping 5 Bedroom four: King bed with ensuite Bedroom five: one single bunk Downstairs to: Bedroom six: Queen bed Bedroom seven: or third living area: Queen bed plus fold out double bed with bathroom on this level. 4 bathrooms - 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs. We have free Wi-Fi, full linen included, Netflix and oodles of space. Corporate retreats midweek more than welcome, we offer early check in and late check if available. Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price. If your account doesn't have any reviews please don't use the instant book function. We would appreciate it if you sent an inquiry to us first. We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :) Well behaved pets welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.

The house is large and spacious which was perfect as we were the wedding party. Great bedrooms, bathrooms, entertaining areas. Lovely place. It’s not on the beach but that’s not what we needed. Perfect house to help with each adult child having their own bedroom to get ready in. Felt like the property managers have had trouble with guests in the past -seemed like a constant negative comms re: parties loud music disturbance around neighbours - which gets tiresome. But overall loved the house because it will be immortalised due to our special day.

We booked it for a group of ladies and loved every minute of it. Can highly recommend the house. Propertymumz were professional and prompt with their replies. Walking distance to all shops/restaurants and both beaches.

After a little hiccup with a locked door, our stay was amazing. Kim was super understanding and helpful getting us back into the house. The location is perfect and so much space for all our kids and adults to relax, unwind and enjoy ourselves. Would 100% recommend for anyone with a big group/family. Thanks yo Kim for everything.

Great for large groups, lots of space for kids and dogs to play. Awesome location with shops 2 mins away. A few small changes/enhancements required for the house to really deliver at the per night rate.

The property is excellent for a large family get together with ample bedrooms and very good bathroom/ensuite facilities. The kitchen living area is very good and the outside entertainment area and spa were great on a pleasant day. Its literally only a 50 metre walk to the main shopping strip of Sorrento. Just a few maintenance and availability things reduced the rating.

We had families and Grandparents staying to celebrate a special Birthday. The property provided space to entertain all age groups. Perfect location to leave the cars parked and walk to the beaches and shops. Want else would do you need for a great holiday.

I highly recommend this property for Group Bookings. The property managers were very helpful with the booking process with prompt replies to queries and securing our booking at last minute after we had another accommodation listing with someone else cancelled due to a double booking only four days before our family getaway for 20 people. This property is well maintained with a luxurious relaxing feel and easily accommodated our family group booking of 20, made up of four family groups. The outdoor Wood Fired Pizza Oven and Out Door spa were fun addition to the weekend, Saturday night spa and fresh home cooked pizza :-) Short walk to Sorrento Bay Beach and Main Street Sorrento with all it has to offer. Thank you once again for a relaxing stay at this property.

A perfect location for a summer holiday, literally, meters from shops and cafes and the beach. The accommodation was also perfect for our large family (4 families) with many quarters to all ages. The outside was stunning, spacious and pretty with lots of greens to look at. Overall, just a fantastic place to spend your break!

We had a lovely stay at the Sorrento house last weekend. It’s such a beautiful house in the best location. The only criticism - we would’ve liked more body wash in showers, we didn’t have any hand soap in the bathrooms and there wasn’t enough towels for all the guests. We did have an amazing weekend at your house and feel very lucky to have found such a beautiful house at such short notice. Thank you!!
