Tatia is a super hospitable and responsible host. Checked me in early in the morning, was responding quickly, helping with questions, giving tips regarding the area and other stuff. She really is a person, ready to help and pleasant to talk to. Apartment is clean and convenient. Bedroom is nice and quiet and bed is comfortable. It has everything you may need: devices, plates and cups, air conditioning, stable Wi-Fi. Even a piano) Plenty of shops nearby. Also a nice walking alley at the Moscow ave not that far from the apartment. House is relatively far from the city center and nearest subway I'd say. However is not a big deal as the public transport stop is near and buses pass there pretty often. One will get you to the subway. Another one will ride you through the city center and all the way to Saburtalo is case you want to take such trip) Well, all in all I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the apartment.

The owners are very welcoming. All for a comfortable stay. Mountain view. Recommend.

Although location is off center, it is conveniently located and the center area can be reached in barely 10min by car, or alternatively there are plenty of convenient options for public transport. The place oversees green are, so you can enjoy some peacefulness, would it be birds chirping or mountain view. The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped - covering all basic needs (and beyond) that one would have during short-midterm stay. The owners are very welcoming and responsive. In a nutshell, highly recommended!
