Pineapple house is totally newly renovated with fully equipped kitchen, laundry, etc. Crescent, Siesta and other public and private beaches are 2 miles away. Wifi ensures comfortable work from home. Welcome! The Pineapple House on Arapaho Street is an honest reflection of our ‘love-at-first-sight’ relationship with Sarasota and Siesta Key. We’ve furnished the home in modern comfort. Magnificent trees and palms transform this home and its garden into a unique microclimate that, even on hot days, provides a refreshingly cool breeze. In addition to its three comfortably appointed bedrooms and a spacious driveway for four cars, a large garage and a closed parking space in the garden add the kind of value everyone appreciates. We've upgraded the home with elegant garden lighting and a large gazebo tent in the very center of the garden, perfect for a beautifully illuminated late-night soirée and after dinner candlelit conversation. There’s even a mini-beach with sun loungers in the garden, all in a fenced area that provides you and yours with a space of serene intimacy and security. Truth be told, we’ve created a magical place that’s not easy to fully describe where daily life feels like a vacation. Loved the house and would be so happy to return. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the garage was filled with outdoor games and beach supplies. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, but close to all touristy things.

My partner and I (plus our 2 dogs) stayed at the Pineapple House to be near my parents for the Christmas holiday. The location was perfect for us and the house was lovely. The yard is huge and fully-enclosed with a couple of seating areas. There were amenities like soap/shampoo and lots of beach gear (though we didn’t use it) and the host was very responsive. I wish I’d known before booking that dogs are not allowed on the furniture but other than that, it was a great, comfortable location for our stay and we enjoyed it

Our family, and small dog, had a great stay at the Pineapple house. It was immaculately clean, for those traveling without dogs, you’d never know there were dogs there. Close to everything, about ten minutes to the beach, and less than five minutes to a great local grocery store. The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Had great communication with Eve, she even accommodated an early check in for us when our travel plans changed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Valuable lessons learned here! The host and hosted we fantastic and the house is the perfect place for a family on vacation . Loved it . My only complaint is this and it's really with all platforms and the way the handle broken or worn out items 1. Bedroom door off track . When we arrived 2. Washing machine squealing first time we used it and all times We are not complainers and just try and deal with what's handed to us. Washer squealing on arrival we should have called . Fear box leaking oil . This is something that happens over time but we were asked to pay for it c They say closer door broke I say just off tracks ....2 min fix Smoked in garage not in house and that was a no no . Make sure everything is documented on arrival
