2018 Renovated 2-Bedroom / 2-Bath Condo on the 10th Floor of the South Seas Club Complex on Marco Island's Beautiful Beachfront. Unit has Quartz Countertops in Kitchen and Baths, NEW Kitchen Cabinets with Large Pantry, NEW Stainless Steel Appliances, NEW Ceramic Wood Floors in Entire Unit Including the Balcony, 2-Walk-In Showers with Frameless Shower Doors, NEW Furniture & Accessories, 3-NEW TV's (55"/40"/43") in Living Room, Master Bedroom, & Bedroom #2. Living Room TV has streaming capability.. Living Room has a full size couch with recliners in each end. Two Washers and 2 Dryers on the same floor with easy access. We have beach and pool accessories including an umbrella, cooler, beach towels, beach cart and childrens toys. Minimum of 7-Day Stay required. Off-Season rates discounted. There is a $100 registration fee for each vehicle that which is paid at the office when you check-in.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo is as pictured. It's a hike to the beach, but lovely. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Overall, a good option if you can make a King and Queen bed work for your family (we had one on the sofa).

Simply said…the condo was excellent! The view from the balcony was even better than the photo. The unit was clean and comfortable…
having large tv’s in every room was a bonus. Finally…there was great
communication with the owner.

The condo was fantastic. The condo was very clean and the views were amazing. Great communication with the owner. The beach was a few steps from the condo, which wasn't an inconvenience at all. We were able to prepare meals in a well stocked kitchen and visited several restaurants in close proximity. Highly recommend....

Loved Our Stay!
This was our first trip to Marco Island.
The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The views from the balcony were stunning!
We timed the walk to the beach from outside of the front door, for us it was 15 minutes, but once you get there it’s so worth it because the water was amazing.
Also, the condo has a beach wagon that is extremely helpful for carrying all of your things.
The only minor downside was that are a lot of what feel like nitpicky rules within the condo association, and they are strict about enforcing them, so make sure to read them carefully.
Joel was a very responsive host and got back to me promptly around any questions or concerns I had.
Overall, we had an amazing trip, loved the condo and the town.

Beautiful Updated Condo
Beautiful Condo in a great location. Condo has everything a family would need, plenty of dishes, cookware, towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, etc. The view of the ocean and pool is amazing. Joel was quick to respond when I had a question, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend this beautifully updated condo.

Great stay at a wonderful condo!
Working with Joel was very easy from beginning to end! The condo was just as it shows in pictures. Very clean, comfortable and mostly all the amenities that you would need for a week or more are accessible. Very well updated and furnished nicely. Amazing view from every room and off of the balcony. My family and I enjoyed every bit of our time here and have already booked for next year!

The condo is beautifully renovated, well equipped, and very clean. The view is stunning, you can watch sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The building has a nice heated pool. Excellent communication with the owner.
Lots of comments here regarding the long walk to the beach. Actually, it's not that long. Usually, it took us 6-7 minutes of quite a slow walk to get to the ocean. We did multiply trips every day without thinking twice about it.
We had an amazing time and we will be back!

This place was perfect. It was a quick walk to the water and the unit had everything needed for the beach. There were plenty of extra towels/blankets etc. The property was very secure and safe. The beach was full of shells and the island was beautiful

Our stay at Joel’s condo was great. Super clean. Beds were very comfortable. Joel even helped us facilitate getting back a few of our items that we left behind! Thanks so much for giving us a great place to stay while in Marco!

Beautiful Unit
We had a great stay at this condo. The unit was beautifully updated and had everything we could need. The grounds are gorgeous and we loved playing Pickleball every morning.
The owner is very responsive and we definitely hope to stay here again!

Recharging the Soul!
I spent every august on Marco island when my girls were little, 10+ years. Girls activities kept us away for a few years but we were determined to return and so glad we did! It was just what we needed!

Even though the condo needed cleaning upon arrival, Joel took care of it and the condo was cleaned in an hour. He even checked in later to make sure it was taken care of. Joel is very easy to work and communicate with. We enjoyed all Marco had to offer.

Owner is a very good communicator, and very responsive! The only "issue" is that it is almost a half mile walk in the sand out to the water, so be prepared for that hike to/from the beach! We found it easier for each adult to carry their own chair and pack light for the beach rather than drag the cart through the sand! Other than that, it was an amazing week! Highly recommend!

Fun in the Sun
The unit is decorated nicely and the beds were confortable, we felt very much at home in the unit. I guess since it is the end of the season the beach chairs, umbrella and cart were not in great shape. We ended up not using the cart or umbrella ( which was misiing the pointed end which goes into thes sand )after the 1st day and carried all of our stuff to the beach which was a long walk so if you are not in good shape to walk that distance (close to 1/2 mile) in the sand you would not be happpy.

Great condo
This condo is nicely stocked and very clean. The walk to the beach is a bit longer than I expected but that is totally okay. We expected that based on the property description. The pool is nice and the condo staff were pleasant. Can’t ask for a better condo at this price!

Joel's property was the perfect location for a Spring getaway. The amenities and condition of the condo were spot on. Joel was easy to contact and very responsive to any questions. We would absolutely rent from Joel again.

The unit was not cleaned when we arrived and we were not aware when we checked in. It still had previous renter's dirty sheets and towels on floor. However, as soon as I called the owner, he quickly took care of it. I do think the cleaning company rushed through the cleaning and did not do a thorough job, but it was still sufficient enough to still enjoy.
The beach cart was a fantastic thing to have since it is a long walk to beach. Having beach chairs, an umbrella, and toys for the kids was awesome.
You will not regret renting this unit.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Joel’s place! It was clean, modern and enough space for my family. Great views of the ocean and Pool. Joel was so easy to work with from beginning to end. I highly recommend this until. We will be back!
