Recently remodeled. Sleep 8, 1 king bed, 2 queens and twin beds in one room. Screened in porch and an upper deck for great sunsets. Internet, cable. Some bikes, some fishing poles, beach toys, gas grill, extra fridge, storeroom. Steps to the beach. Close to ice cream, tennis courts, basketball, playground, bike trail and lighthouse. Come and enjoy our house, you'll love it. Room for 8 at the dining table and 4 outside and 2 at kitchen table Golf cart available for rent. Pets allowed, for a extra fee.

Very attractive, well equipped house at the tip of the island. Easy access to the beach — and the shelling was wonderful. We were happy to be able to bring our dog — just be aware that dogs are not allowed on THAT particular beach at tip of island (We like going down to 10th street beach anyway).

We enjoyed our stay on the island and Linda responded within minutes to any questions. The house is comfortable, clean and conveniently located to the beach access. We were there over the Fourth of July so it was very busy! Make sure to add the golf cart to your rental, it was great never having to get back in the car. Great location, beautiful island, wonderful restaurants and shops, we’ve been many times before and will be back next year.

The house is wondering and in a great location. The house is on the beach but you cannot get a better location! Short walk to the state park beach.
We saw sea turtle nests, manatee, dophin, beach crabs, seashells, sand dollars, shark teeth, birds and more. We were able to snorkel a few days as the water was calm but the other days, we had a blast in the waves.
There were lots of beach stuff to use (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc). The garbage disposal was not working but really was not an issue. One bedroom was listed as 2 twin beds when we booked a year ago but the queen replacement worked for us. Top floor had a room with the queen bed, a shared bathroom and a master bedroom with a king and its own balcony. The main floor had a room with a queen, one full bathroom and another room with a King that included the washer/dryer in the closet. The property was well equipped, decorated well and just perfect for our family vacation! We plan to rent this property again for our future family vacation. The property and owners were amazing to work with.

This home is in a perfect location to the beach, directly across from the state park at the tip of the island. A short golf cart ride into the center of town. After a small miscommunication with the cleaning service that delayed our taking possession of the home, our stay was wonderful.

The home is large, clean and roomy. The owner responded immediately when we reached out with a question. Six of us were there for a week and enjoyed our stay. The home is stocked well with all needed for your stay. Grill, Bikes, beach chairs etc. we would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

We have been coming to Boca Grande for 35 years, and have stayed in many places all over the island. This house is beautiful and worked great for our group of 8. The location is nice - at the end of the island a short walk to the very wide beach. It's a public beach, so more people than we are used to seeing, but never felt crowded. The house is in great shape and very well-equipped - it had everything we needed. Linda is great to work with - we had WiFi issues which weren't her fault and she helped us get them straightened out right away. Highly recommend.

This location was ideal for shelling, laying on the beach, watching manatees and viewing sunsets. All were just a short walk from the beach house. There were 3 couples staying here and we all had enough space to ourselves. Each deck had its own patio with its own water hose to rinse off the sand from your feet or share private talks or gather everyone together for games around a table. Linda was quick to resolve any issues that arose. Definitely a unique spot!

The rental was very clean and well maintained. We have rented for years and this was by far the most well equipped and maintained. Linda was very responsive to all of our questions and was extremely easy to work with. The only disappointment was trying to walk on the beach with our dog. The beach access closest to the rental does not allow dogs. However, we were able to take a short golf cart ride/car ride to the areas that do allow dogs.

Had a wonderful vacation and truly enjoyed this beautiful property. Loved the location, the view, and the house. Host was extremely accommodating to our needs and was welcome to our dog.

Loved the location, the home and the amenities. Perfect for our family. Little difficult for our elderly mom with walking hardships as the entryway doesn’t have dual handrails and there are 14 steps! We completely managed at a slower pace and had a marvelous time. The golf carts were so helpful and so much fun. Also took a 3 month old infant and we couldn’t be happier with the space of the home and the proximity to the beach!

The house was beautiful and clean. Plenty of supplies for cooking and relaxing at the house.
Everything you would need for the beach was supplied and in working order. We loved the location, just short walk the beach. It was perfect for family with children to be able to run home for snacks, drinks or bathroom. Would definitely recommend staying!

This property was perfect for our family. The location gave us easy access to the beach and was also perfect for watching the evening sunsets over the water. The setup of the house gave our children and young grandchildren plenty of space, while we had some privacy and quiet time in the upstairs master suite, complete with a large television. The beds are comfortable and the home is spacious and well equipped. Everything on the island is a short golf cart ride away. In addition to the beautiful beach, the little ones enjoyed the playground and the adults loved the wonderful dining opportunities. Thank you for a great visit to Boca Grande!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house!! Only one thing I would recommend. The bathrooms were beautiful except the shower stalls need updated. Other than that, everything was awesome!!!

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation in this house at Boca Grande! The house is very comfortable, roomy and very well equipped with all of the necessities. The location is just wonderful, Southside of the island. Linda, was very easy to communicate with and was on top of any little issue. We sure hope to come and stay again!
