A great property in a fabulous location. Melissa was wonderful to deal with and the house was so well stocked with everything we needed. There were numerous places to sit and relax and the beds were very comfy. The second living area was great for my teens. Will definitely be booking again.

This is our second stay in this great Portsea house and we were not disappointed. The communication with the owners was friendly and helpful and the house itself has everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The wine and provisions were much appreciated. No need to get in the car as the Portsea shops are a one minute walk away. Perfect!

A great little property - very convenient, gorgeous garden and a view of the bay. Basic beach house (not ultra renovated or modern) but the owner makes up for it with a very welcoming introduction and stay - everything there that you could want.

We were having a bux party with family and the property was perfect. The amount of beds, the location being a 30 second walk to the pub and so close to the beach, the communication from property owners was really good and supplies provided were very useful. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this property as a family of 8. It was a special weekend with family travelling from interstate to spend quality time together, and the house did not disappoint. Firstly, Melissa's communication was always responsive, friendly and helpful. The house gave us enough space to spread out when needed with 2 living spaces, a kitchen with all the equipment required, a fireplace (needed for the snap winter that descended upon us), a surprise bundle of Easter eggs, cheese, wine + more! Walking distance to the pub, beach and nature walks. We had a wonderful & memorable stay.

Beautiful stay , the outdoor areas great and the garden so green with that view of Queensckiff . Amazing position walked everywhere and to our favourite coffee ! Really comfortable interiors , beds super comfortable. All round great experience , would definitely stay again

Extremely welcoming, homely and a bit quirky with the added bonus of Christmas decorations. Perfect location to go between Portsea hotel and back for wedding preparations etc. Very comfortable and relaxing with a special welcoming spread upon arrival. We’ll be back :)

Great property for our family get together. Spacious living areas. The open fire was a bonus as one of the evenings was rather cool. The goodies left by our host were beautiful and well received, thank you. Just a little heads up the coffee machine takes Aldi pods.

We could not have asked for a better location or host. Our stay was so lovely, as we all had ample room to be to together or for the kids to talk in one lounge and for us to talk about the kids in the other! We loved the outdoor space and the fact that we could see the water. Thank you Melissa for making us feel so welcome!

We had a great stay at Melissa and Sophie’s place. The house is really spacious with two living areas for easy separation between adults and kids. The location is superb and within close walking distance to everything. Melissa’s communication was second to none and the generous (and delicious) welcome gifts upon our arrival were a delightful surprise. Thanks for having us!

We just had a girls weekend at this little beach house. A 3 minute walk to the Portsea Pub and a quick drive into Sorrento . Communication with the hosts was clear and punctual. The house is super cute and was very clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Loved the outdoor area even on a winters day. The welcome treats and staples were sooooo lovely to arrive to. Would definitely stay again.

Such a lovely warm home with lots of natural lighting, healthy indoor plants, communal spaces and a fully equipped kitchen! Easy access to several cafes restaurants and the beach! We love the wood fireplace and outdoor spaces! We were a group of 7 adults staying the weekend after participating in Melbourne Coastrek and Beebaahs was the perfect host! Thank you Melissa and Sophie for your attention to detail, helpful local information and the yummy goodies that you prepared for us!

Such a beautiful place . Easy walk to the Portsea Hotel & the shops . Our Hosts were amazing. On arrive there were flowers , bread, cheese, wine & fruit they certainly made us feel very welcome. Only thing we wish we could have stayed longer :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beebahs, and were blown away by both the generosity of our hosts and the proximity of the house to all that Portsea has to offer. The house itself was immaculately presented, and the kids had a great time playing in the spacious outdoor area. Melissa & Sophie went out of their way to accommodate our family group, including a last minute change when we learnt that we needed to accommodate a couple of extras. Thanks for having us, we just wish that we could have stayed longer!
