Situated in Surprise, this lovely house for £137 per night is a great option for your next vacation. West Boca Raton is a newly renovated private home in a terrific location in beautiful Surprise, AZ. The property is professionally managed and located just 10 minutes from the Texas Rangers Sports Complex, 15 minutes to the home of the Phoenix Cardinals and the Fiesta Bowl & 20 minutes from NASCAR’s Phoenix International Speedway. Enjoy warm Arizona sunshine in the backyard with a propane BBQ and a large pool with waterfall, spacious patio area for outdoor dining with seating for up to 10 and lush green grass. NO AstroTurf here! There are 3 bedrooms, all complete with new queen sized beds and unique privacy as none of the bedrooms share common walls. There are two additional, portable, beds (Queen & Twin) which fit in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has walk-in closet and on-suite. This home also features a 50’ flat screen TV in the main living area and 32’ flat screen TV in the master suite. All the appliances including the washer/dryer are new. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping, restaurants, freeways, numerous golf courses. Visit Lake Pleasant just 40 minutes away or White Tank Mountain 20 minutes to the west. Getting around; I would recommend renting a car whenever in Phoenix as the city is spread out. If you rent a car from the PHX airport and book in advance the cost is generally only $25 per day. Our Professional Management Team is available anytime, so rest assured if you need anything during your stay we’re just minutes away.

Great location. Roomy house. Showers were awesome, hot and super shower heads. Liked the gas grill and used it 3x. Friendly owner & property manager. Several things fell apart, kinda cheap. The soap & shampoo available was weak. Towels need an upgrade for sure.

Kimberly is a wonderful host. Her home is inviting and comfortable with everything you’ll need. Both Kimberly and Liberty, the property manager, are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. The yard and pool are awesome, the house is incredibly comfortable and welcoming, and the beds are super comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again! Thank you for having us!

Awesome location, great property, property manager was very helpful and responsive. The check-in process definitely needs to be revamped. It was very complicated to access the house keys. It would be much better to install a lock with a digital access code. Aside from that, the whole experience was wonderful.

What an amazing stay at this property. Everything was in order, nicely appointed, everything in order as expected. property mgt company had clear and onetime communication, and responded quickly to things I asked for feedback on. Kimberly and Liberty really put a nice package together with this house. Pool is awesome addition and being able to relax at night on the patio was an added bonus. As a former property renter myself, I am impressed with how well this has kept up. Clearly the owner and mgt company are paying attention. Will definitely be renting again next year and recommend to friends and family.

Surprise is a great location for hiking and getting around the Scottsdale and Phoenix area. The home is a wonderful retreat after a long day of hiking. The pool was a must to sooth tired muscles. The host was responsive to pre-trip questions and available to us the entire trip. If you are planning a trip to the Phoenix area, I recommend this home!

We had a very enjoyable time at this property in Sierra Montana! The children enjoyed the pool, even tho it wasn’t heated and a little chilly at this time (3rd week in March), too cold for dad and mom, who enjoyed relaxing poolside instead. Breakfast on the patio was great! The neighborhood was very quiet and next door to a seasonal citrus u-pick which we took advantage of, enjoying picking our own grapefruit and eating them . It’s close to lots of great restaurants, the World Wildlife Zoo,a favorite of ours, easy to get to and from airport as it’s close to Loop 303, which is also a great connector to I-17 , Lake Pleasant, and other parts of the city. We had a small issue with minimal hot water for showers for six on our arrival, which we communicated and was resolved with promptness the next day. The house is not spick and span spotlessly clean but was good enough for us. The mattress in the master bedroom was a little soft for us, it maybe could use an upgrade. The house is well stocked with whatever we needed , forgot our toothpaste so was happy to see some! Communication with the owner and property manager was also excellent. All told we’d easily stay here again!

My family, (husband & 2 young sons) and our friends visited Arizona this March and was really happy with our stay at the VRBO. It was family friendly and within walking distances to parks for the kids. The only thing we didn't realize was that pool is not heated, so swimming in early March was doable, but usually only when it was sunny. We had great communication with the property manager. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the space and having a pool. Response time on questions was quick. We wished the pool was heated but the kids suffered through the chill. I would have liked loungers by the pool so I could take a nap. All and all we enjoyed the location and the home.

We loved our stay. House was stocked with everything you may need. A quick trip to store a few miles away and we were set. Beautiful backyard, pool setting. It included a great fenced off area for granddaughter to play. Lots of outdoor furniture. Will stay agsin.

Nice place in a safe, desirable neighborhood. Convenient location. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Could use new skillets, but otherwise well stocked and a great spot. Would rent again.

Property was as listed. Very clean upon arrival. Our stay was very comfortable. We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed to have anything you would need. We were visiting family nearby and they said they will keep this property in mind if they have friends visiting that want a place to stay. We would also rent this property again.
