***Property Overview*** Welcome to Coconut Walk, a luxuriously gated oceanfront estate directly on Seven Mile Beach with a private pool, spectacular beachfront, watersports equipment, and dedicated guest services. This magnificent home has been redecorated by Grand Cayman's premier interior decorator, Design Studio, and has been featured in a number of local magazines. The vacation experience for our Luxury Platinum Collection villas begins with a group airport greeting by a professional chauffeur and a 28-seat mini-coach (7-night min stay required). Our on-island hospitality team can coordinate the delivery of your rental vehicles to the villa in advance. The villa's driveway has plenty of off-street and covered parking for 4-5 vehicles. Located only 15 minutes from the airport, the heavily landscaped winding driveway guides you into the estate and welcomes you to an oasis you may never want to leave. The Spanish-tiled two-story villa measures 7,400 square feet indoors and offers another 3,000 square feet of outdoor living space. Plenty of off-street and undercover parking is provided. A covered lanai overlooks the pool and barefoot white-sandy beach. The pool area sits back from the beach and is elevated sufficiently to offer privacy from any passersby. Of all of our villas, this particular property offers the celebrity or privacy-seeking guest what they cannot have while staying at the Ritz-Carlton, Kimpton Seafire, or other luxury villas in the Cayman Kai area. No one will know you are here unless you tell them yourself. The villa can sleep 16 adults, or 18 guests in total. ***Sleeping Arrangements*** -- North Ocean Suite: upper-level, California king bed, ocean view, television, room safe, ensuite with double vanity, water closet, soaking tub, and separate shower. -- North Middle Suite: upper-level, garden views, 2 full beds, television, room safe, shares ensuite equipped with shower bath. -- North Garden Suite: upper-level, garden views, king bed, television, room safe, shares ensuite equipped with shower bath. -- South Primary Ocean Suite: upper-level, oceanfront views, king bed, private balcony, television, walk-in closet, room safe, ensuite with double vanity, water closet, bidet, plus soaking tub and separate shower. -- South Middle Suite: upper-level, garden views, king bed, television, room safe, ensuite with shower bath. -- South Garden Suite: upper-level, garden views, king bed, television, room safe, ensuite with shower bath. -- Lower Garden Bedroom: lower-level, garden views, 2 queen beds, television, shares hall bath equipped with walk-in shower. ***Coconut Walk�s Key Features*** FIRST FLOOR -- Grand entry foyer and vaulted great room with a wall of sliding glass doors to the pool deck and beachfront. -- North Wing contains a gourmet chef's kitchen, formal dining room, children's media room, and adult media den as well as the powder room. -- Roofed poolside lanai directly off the formal dining room. -- South Wing has a music room with a grand piano, a large game room with a pool table, wet bar, and foosball table, plus a full bath, laundry room with double units, and lower level garden bedroom. ***SECOND FLOOR*** -- Catwalk with ocean views and the grand salon below -- The south stairs lead only to the south suites and the north stairs lead only to the north wing master suite and bedrooms. Weekend housekeeping can be added for an additional cost. -- Guest services for pre-arrival planning for excursions, grocery delivery, and reservations. -- Luxury bathrobes, blankets, and luggage racks in each bedroom. -- On-island manager for maintenance requests and local recommendations. -- In-villa chefs, cooks, servers, masseuses, and yoga instructors are available for private hire. -- The homeowner is open to hosting destination weddings and private events with up to 70 invited guests. Owner approval is required on a case-by-case basis. An event fee and a refundable event deposit will apply. Separate fees and deposits will apply. ***Rate Details*** -- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates. -- 12.90% Service Fee is added to all rates. -- 3.50% Admin Fee added to all rates. -- A Departure Cleaning Fee is added to all rates. -- Owner requires a $2,500 refundable damage deposit for all stays. -- The refundable deposit will be processed 30 days prior to arrival and released back to the card provided 7 days after departure pending any damages. ***Booking Rules*** -- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods.
