Nestled in Las Terrenas, this attractive house for £94 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Charming villa of 4 bedrooms, fully restored, tastefully decorated, cozy atmosphere, offering two levels of 80 m2 each consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, a kitchen open to the living room, a nice terrace with sitting area and meal. It has a laundry with washing machine and the rear of the villa, a drying area. It has enclosed wall garden with gate, night lighting with brightness detector. This announce concerns the rental of the entire villa. This small villa has everything of a great, his equipment has been neat. An inverter ensures continuity of power distribution in the event of a general power failure. With time these are rare, but it is nice to never end up without electricity. All rooms are equipped with air blowers and the bedrooms upstairs have new air conditioners. The decoration and the colors are harmonious, the kitchens are perfectly equipped, and a corner rest on the terraces allows you to stroll or give up reading. Both levels allow you to travel with your family or friends, share common moments and keep the privacy of each family. The rooms are equipped with queen size bed 160 * 190, cupboards and wardrobe. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. Amazing location. Walking distance to everything. The property manager and staff are very responsive and helpful. The pool and outside area are wonderful. There were nice little touches like soaps, drinking water and paper available to us. I would highly recommend this casita to anyone.

Die Villa steht in einer sehr guten und ruhigen Lage.Man ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss am wunderschönen Strand.Auch Las Terrenas und Läden sind schnell erreicht.Sehr freundliche und immer erreichbare Vermieter.Werde diese Villa gerne weiterempfehlen.

my family and I unfortunately had issues with our flight getting to the Dominican Republic but Marie and her team were so responsive and accomodating to us during the process of figuring things out. She even offered the villa for 2 extra days to make up for our lost time since the villa was available. I did not get to enjoy the home in person but if her attentiveness and kindness and an example of what I was to expect during me stay then I hope to be re-booking her villa soon and finally being able to fully enjoy it.

Maison agréable avec toutes les commodites. Nous avons apprécié la Piscine le service de nettoyage et l’etat General des 2 appartements qui était excellent !!! Merci à Marie Hélène qui nous a été d’une grande aide et a su répondre à toutes nos requête !!! Destination à recommander chaudement ! Nous reviendrons ! La plage très agréable malgré quelques rochers. La présence des pêcheurs avec leus poissons frais a 5 mn de la maison a été un régal ! Plage à recommended Conson et son restaurant THE Beach
