Location was amazing, bed was really comfy, easy check in
Really bad smell in bathroom from the drains. Nearly made bathroom unusable, clearly an ongoing issues after reading other reviews.

The person who let us in was very attentive and helped us very well wrt parking information and getting a cheap atm.
The location is very good.
After we complaint about the VERY BAD smell coming from the bathroom (as many other people in the reviews I saw) we got the feedback that they would check what would be possible to be done. We've never heard of it again...
The owner for sure knows it because it has been reported many times I see in the reviews, the smell was several times even noticeable in the general hallway between the appartments.
There is almost none kitchen equipment, there aren't even normal knifes in the drawers...
Furthermore also the ac is not working, the air is not cooler then the air in the room, even though you put it to 18 degrees.

Great location, specially if you're taking the ferry to Ugljan. .
DESASTER. WE SPENT A NIGHT IN A SEWER. Bathroom smell was the worst ever. Last time I had a night this bad was a cheap hostel in Asia. When I complained about the smell, the agent told me there was no issue. After insisting he admitted there was an issue. But that the flat was still a good deal because it's high season! I asked for a discount (since we can't use the bathroom, and that the smell was also going to the bedroom) and the "offer" from the landlord was "you can give us back the key and find a new hotel". WORST CLIENT SERVICE EVER.. TO AVOID AT ALL COST.

Room was clean, near the beach and the center and has good AC. You can see sunset from the room.
I was hoping for at least a microwave oven. The batteries of the tv remote is dead. There was a weird smell coming from the room as you enter (every time).

Perfect location, the apartment is nicely furnished, great view from the balcony, quiet air conditioning, good communication with hosts

great location at the end of the old town away from the busy main streets. 5 minute walk to the sea organ and pier for sunset and is just round the corner from the bus stop to the main bus station. There is a supermarket close as well. The facilities were amazing with added extras in the main hall, for example, a hairdryer and straighteners for guests to share! The room was very modern and clean.
Most importantly, the host was extremely kind and welcoming!

I liked the interior, nice and simple, and yet not poor. AC was quite silent.
Mainly i was dissapointed by payment process. i expected as described in Booking to pay by credit card, but i was forced to pay in cash (see picture). Also, it was terrible to climb up to 4th floor that felt like 8th floor each time, because ceiling is double high as in old town.
Smell nasty that comes from shower, as the drain system too slim / to modern for such climate. And there is no holder for soap / gel.
TV shows only german channels for some reason.

The location was central.
The hosts, our room was dirty when we arrived. It was not properly cleaned/disinfected before being handed to us.

Communication with Roberta was good and responsive. Place was clean and fresh. Location of the apartment was good with nice view from bathroom.
Check-in was delayed by one hour. Curtains were missing, at least there were sun blinds on the windows.

The apartment was clean and modern. Well equipped and in a REALLY GREAT LOCATION. Supermarket, nice pizzeria and bar just in front of the building. I highly recommend this apartment.
