As per a New Town Ordinance, all renters / tenants must pay a registration fee (Mandatory Fee added to each booking automatically) and must provide me with the First and Last Name of each member of your party, including minors, the Home Address and telephone number of the person who booked the reservation as well as state and plate info for vehicles. I am required to provide you with a copy of the By-Laws which you will find in the compartment of the coat rack mirror at the entrance of the cottage. During the Summer Months, registered tenants my obtain parking decals & beach tags at $1 per day per tenant. Beach tags may obtained in the club house office, I suggest bringing an ID with you in case you are asked for it. $ 85.00 Pet Fee applies where applicable. We do not allow cats. Holiday Fees are built into your quote and apply where applicable.
