Nestled in Fairview, this lovely house for £552 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Private, modern 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Main House and a 1-bedroom, 1-bath cabin with sauna and hot tub, vacation rental property which truly sleeps 16-18. Our home has high-end amenities, with stunning mountain views from both the interior and exterior living spaces. THE HOME Master Bedroom: King Bed | Yellow Room: King Bed | White Room: King Bed (can be converted to 2 twins) | Bunkroom / Rec Room: 2 Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Beds with 2 Twin Trundle Beds, total 6 single beds. Cabin: King Bed, Full Bed in a loft, and a Queen Sofa Bed. We also have a pack n' play! Two kitchens (one in the cabin and one in the main house) are prepared to accommodate your group. They are fully equipped, complete with stainless steel appliances and all the culinary tools necessary to cook a delicious family meal. We have several dining areas which make it easy to sit or have a buffet-style dinner. Send the kids outside, where they'll have enough space and privacy for a game of football in the yard as the adults enjoy a bottle of wine at the patio table or the fire pit. When it grows dark, bring the kids inside where they can continue the fun in the playroom, which features an air hockey table, flat-screen Roku TV, keyboard, and many games, books, and puzzles! At the end of the day, retreat to one of 5 bedrooms, each equipped with a flat-screen Roku TV & comfortable beds. Onibbar Vacation Rental. Property was as advertised. It was updated with plenty of room for our entire group. You could not beat the view from the front of the house, and it is close to any possible thing you needed or wanted to do. Shopping, breweries etc. were all within a 5-15 minute drive away.
Letting ourselves in one day 1 was a little clunky, but I believe most of that was due to me not being as tech savvy as I needed to be. It was quickly handled by just a call to Peter.
Overall the house was wonderful and our family had a great time.

The house was beautiful. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Very private property. There's a nice outdoor table in the front and another in the back that we used to play cards/games. (They don't show up in the pictures). The fire pit is right out front and has an absolutely amazing view! It's very convenient to Asheville (20 minutes to downtown). It's less than 5 minutes from the grocery store. There's a great diner/restaurant called The Local Joint less than 5 minutes from the house too. Highly recommend this place.

There were seven of us ranging from ages 1 to 73. The property was set up perfectly, including lots of room for the little ones and a quiet space for grandma and grandpa. The views and the property itself are lush and beautiful. The Fairview community has lots of great things to do, and Asheville is only a fifteen minute drive away. Recommend highly.

Our group had a great stay at Peter's home in the hills of Fairview. The ride to downtown Asheville was as stated in the listing and we had little to no issue getting downtown over the course of the weekend. The house sits on a beautiful property that overlooks the mountains in the distance and had plenty of space to hang out in both the front and back yards. I would absolutely recommend this home to any group looking to experience all that Asheville has to offer in the future. One final note; Peter was great when it came to an issue we had figuring out one of the door locks and responded within a matter of minutes of me reaching out.

My friends and I get together every NYE for a reunion and this house was perfect for 12 adults to get together for a relaxing time. It was spacious, comfortable, and had a great layout. The location was convenient and close to stores and Asheville, while still feeling semi secluded. The view in the front was beautiful and made the fire pit even more enjoyable. The cabin was super cute and the sauna was a nice bonus.

The house was great for our reunion (3 families - 6 adults, 11 kids). Check-in and check-out were easy and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The house was located about 20 minutes from any of the main attractions, which was fine, and was really close to grocery stores. The views were nice. There was a large space out front for the kids to play but beware that there’s a road out front too, although it doesn’t get much traffic. We were comfortable enough to let the older kids go out and play.

We had a group of friends from NC, Boston, Denver, Richmond and Atlanta. We wanted to be close to everything Asheville has to offer, but have enough space and still feel like we were in the mountains.
This house was absolutely perfect! The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen were modern and updated, it was a quick Uber in to Asheville…but the best part was the outdoor space with the fire pit and gorgeous view.
We only get to see each other once per year, and I can’t imagine there being a better place for our group.

Excellent property for a larger group and a perfect quiet location just outside of Asheville. Views from the house are spectacular and great hiking is nearby. The sauna and firepit was a homerun with my group. Plenty of food/brewery options nearby as well.

My family of twelve gathered for five days. Excellent property for teens in guest house, bunk beds for another dorm room and three separate bedrooms for adults, all king size beds. Front lawn great play area for all including fire pit and smore makings every night. Loved our time together.

Everyone enjoyed the stay. The property is close to Asheville, Blue Ridge Pkwy and Chimney Rock. The bunk room is nicely set up for the kids. The views truly impressive. The owner is easy to communicate with.

A perfect layout for our family: adults on one side, kids on the other (in the awesome playroom/bedroom) and grandparents in the attached cottage. Beautiful views, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. A joy!

Great Property for Anniversary Celebration
This was a perfect house for our group of 4 couples and 4 children (18 months to 12 years). House was well-appointed, 4 large bedrooms (two are perfect with in-suite bathrooms), one shared a bathroom with the kids room (4 bunk beds). In addition, there is a separate cottage with bedroom, living space and mini-kitchen which was very convenient. Kitchen had everything we needed. Grounds are nicely landscaped and plenty of space (front and back) for all to play football, frisbee and use the fire pit at night. Only minor glitch is that the bedroom near the kids was warm (unit AC not central air) and a bit musty. Same with the couch in the kids room (needs airing out). Otherwise, we were absolutely delighted. Owner was very responsive to queries.

The house was great and very accommodating for our large group. There was plenty of space for all of us and everything was very clean. Peter’s communication was excellent and fast. There are plenty of stores and places to eat nearby. Asheville was under 20 minutes away, I would definitely recommend this property and stay there again.

Celebrating Grandmother's 75th!
We had a wonderful trip getting the family together at this mountain home. The house was beautifully decorated and furnished with plenty of space for our large group. Everyone was happy with their lodgings. We enjoyed the view of the mountains from the large windows in both the house and cabin as well as spending time hanging out outdoors in the spacious yard. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family getaway
This was a beautiful and accommodating property for our family. The house is equipped with everything you would need. We loved the close proximity to everything we wanted to do.

Peter’s place was the perfect property for my friends and I during our time in Asheville. Enough space, great views, and a seamless check in process. We had no trouble getting to and from downtown, and the local spots are even better.

Really awesome property! My friends and I loved staying at this cabin, which is conveniently located to downtown Asheville, Asheville airport, surrounding national forests, etc. Peter was super responsive, and we felt very welcomed and safe throughout our stay.

Great property and excellent owner support
We were 2 couples (us and my sister and husband) wanting a convenient (to Asheville) location, clean house and relaxed stay. All 3 were satisfied and I would highly recommend this property and management/ownership. We had a couple of unexpected issues (us and ownership) but all were effectively and quickly handled. Kudos to Peter and his support.

Exceptional Hosts
Our family of 11 enjoyed this property very much. Our daughter, who is 43, remarked that this was her favorite home of the properties we have used. It was well stocked and just as the pictures indicate. The hosts are very organized. They have a web listing you get before arrival which gives you all the information you will need for the property neatly in one place. Also, the hosts are extremely helpful if you have special needs.
