Your vacation starts when you step into this beautifully-modern home located inboard on Hollywood Beach! Offering 3 stories of living space, this home includes 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a rooftop deck with marina and ocean views! On the first floor you will find bedrooms 1 and 2. King size beds in both bedrooms allow guests optimal space and comfort. One bedroom includes an attached bathroom. Washer and dryer are located in the hallway across from the second bathroom and 2-car garage access. The open-concept living area and kitchen are located on the second level. On a clear day sink into the roomy couch in front of the fireplace and enjoy views of the Channel Islands through the floor-to-ceiling windows! Top the night off with a glass of wine at the bar situated in the corner of the living room, or fill the dining table with friends and family (can seat up to 10) and enjoy a meal. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances. The spacious counters and convenient kitchen island are topped with rare and beautiful Van Gough granite, adding to the elegant and modern look of the home. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom and guest bedroom with a trundle bed. The third floor master suite is absolutely stunning and will have you in awe! A cozy lounge area sits in between the king bed and fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer gorgeous views of the ocean and islands! The master bathroom has a large stand-in shower with an amazing steam feature, and double sink which provides extra counter space. Take a soak in the bathtub while enjoying views of the marina. The rooftop deck can be accessed from the bathroom or hallway. Remaining bedroom has queen bed and attached bathroom. Charcoal BBQ. Other amenities include free Netflix and Google on all TV's and Wifi. This home does not have A/C There are surf boards, boogie boards, wet suits, bicycles for the whole family, and beach chairs available to use!! *Many of our homes have various types of internet & cable access provided by various third parties. We had a great time. If you have a larger group, and many couples, the bedrooms are perfect, essentially everyone has their own bathroom. The house is fully stocked, even the garage is full of beach toys and outdoor activities. House is HUGE and you cant beat the location, just a walk to the beach and to the marina. We had a great time and would stay here again.

House was beautiful and we had a great time! Loved the master and the steam shower. The only complaint we have is that the property manager sent us a contract to sign via text message instead of through VRBO. We thought the text was a scam. We almost lost the rental. They really need to communicate with you via VRBO and let you know to expect the text.

We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room, very clean and modern. Price was reasonable. Right across the street from the beach. Only downside was there is no A/C, but it's really not an issue since the ocean breeze is always strong and cool. Just need to open all the windows as soon as you arrive if you've been gone all day. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was fabulous, steps away from the oceans sand. My grandchild was invited to the X-games, BMX bikes in Ventura at the fairgrounds. We were somewhat hesitant being in Oxnard having to go to Ventura, especially on the weekend, but the travel time was easy. Wonderful quiet beach with beautiful white sand. The house beautifully decorated, great art work, many bathrooms & the feeling of being at home. Communication was excellent. We will return.

This is the second year we've stayed at The Pearl for a family reunion, and it's become our favorite spot! Clean and bright rooms, lots of space to hang out together, and the primary suite is beyond compare. The view from the roof is awesome!

We loved the house and everything was very accommodating. It fit our family perfectly and was very comfortable. My only wishes are screens on the windows, larger pots and pans, window coverings in the owners suite bathroom and a broom, dust pan and vacuum to keep up the floors for the week. Other than that we loved it and would most defitely stay again and recommend. Thank you!

This property made our plan to relax and enjoy the beach culture so enjoyable. Great house for hosting friends while players by in the sand and playing board games. The host has set up the home with the right amenities. Look forward to coming back in the near future.

Three generations of our family enjoyed our week right by Hollywood Beach in Oxnard, in this beautiful home. When our 6-year old granddaughter first explored the house, she announced "this is the most beautiful house I've ever seen". I would not go that far, but I will say the house has an excellent traffic pattern and is very comfortable. And the location, a two minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to restaurants was ideal for our family.

House is large and nice.Condition is good, not great - some mold in the showers, etc. The linens and towels are Macy's quality.The dishwasher "works" in that it puts soap and water on the items in it, but doesn't "work" in that those items are not cleaned. This is increasingly annoying when the check out instructions threaten fees if the dishes are not washed and put away and the beds are not stripped, towels started in the washing machine, etc. This is a $1500+/night house. I don't want or expect to be my own cleaning service. Especially when I'm also charged a cleaning fee as a part of the booking.

It was a lovely property and very spacious. Kitchen was pretty well stocked but could use some additional serving dishes/trays and cook wear. Lots of everyday dishes was appreciated and the refrigerator in the garage was a real bonus, especially with the BBQ there.
Dryer was not working properly but an appliance repair man was coming to fix the day we left. Sure hope that happened before the new guests arrival.
Sink in ensuite downstairs did not drain, needs attention. Loved the big windows and had great air circulation so no a/c was not an issue. That said, should have screens for safety reasons, with children occupying the home. Some soft seating on rooftop deck and maybe an umbrella would be nice up there too.
No dish cloths in the kitchen.
Lots of towels were available, including beach towels, much appreciated! Beach toys, bikes, ping pong table, Boogie boards, etc again, much appreciated! We left a number of things to help out the next guests, paper plates, solo cups, briquets, matches. Might want to mention there is a pack n play in closet downstairs... Helpful for future guests with small children/infants.
Our family had a wonderful time and it was a very memorable week in this beautiful home.

The house was just beautiful. Our only criticism was that we were told there would be 4 adult bikes which we expected to be in working order. Only one of the bikes was usable.

The house was beautiful, very clean, and a great location. There was enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The only downside was that my husband and I couldn't sleep in the master bedroom, because it was not safe for our baby, since the windows open outward from the floor, and my baby could have crawled there, and G-d forbid fallen 3 stories. It's extremely dangerous!! If you have older kids, it's not an issue, but if you have a baby or toddlers, or younger kids, it's dangerous to use the master bedroom. Besides for that, We loved the home and the views were very nice! Well stocked home too. The carpets are all white, (which is the worst color if you are coming with kids) including the staircase, so if you are coming with kids, and you leave any stains, you will be charged to professionally clean all the carpets. Besides for that, I highly recommend the house, and would love to rent it again!
