About this house rental
Situated in East Nashville, this attractive house for £235 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. For select weekends I have lowered the normal rates and am super flexible with check in and check out. I also have a custom made guide to Nashville things to do for your stay. My home is a perfect place for large groups looking to have fun in Music City. I also added a large new deck in the backyard. The house has a television, a spacious backyard with a fire pit and the new deck with city sunset views & a grill. There is also a large front porch with a porch swing that overlooks the city skyline. A $6 Uber or Lyft will get you downtown or it is only a 15 minute walk to Broadway and a 5 minute walk to Nissan Stadium. One bedroom has a full and a twin trundle with an air mattress available. Another has a queen and a leather futon. The third has a queen and a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin up top. The 4th has a full and a full air mattress. In the living area there is a sofa bed with a queen mattress as well. Perfect place to stay whether you're in town for the CMA Awards, a concert, a Predators game at Bridgestone Arena, a bachelor or bachelorette party or any regular fun weekend in this amazing city. This space and location has the flexibility to fit your needs. Guest access There is a keypad to enter and you will have full access to the house (except for the master bedroom closet and basement) and you will have full access to the kitchen and bathrooms and lounge sitting areas in the home. Air mattresses available upon request for extra guests. You also have access to the spacious backyard, a newly installed deck with a grill and a fire pit below along with access to the front porch for sunset views over Nashville. I stayed at the home with a group of buddies and we found it found the place perfect for our needs. The four bedrooms allowed us to spread out and relax. The kitchen area is great for just hanging out and has lots of the basics if you intent to cook. The back deck and yard are also fun places to hang out, but it was pretty cold during our visit so we enjoyed the kitchen and dining room more.
The decorations in the place are amazing. It is worth a walk through every room to see the fun items that the host has collected. Speaking of the host, communication was super easy and Josh was very responsive.

This house is great for a group to be able to go to downtown Nashville without needing to drive, it’s about a 15 minute straight shot walk so it’s easy to navigate. There is a big dining table so people can enjoy meals together and an outdoor seating area to relax and enjoy.

Josh and his home are absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our vacation in his fun and beautiful home. The house had everything one would need for their stay. The nights/days we didn’t feel like going out, the house had plenty of options to have a great time. Josh and his family thought of everything to make their guests feel comfortable and ensure a fun getaway. The house is close enough to the city that we walked to all the action. He was out of the country during our stay and he still responded quickly if we had to get ahold of him, which was only once ( which we ended up figuring it out ourselves 30 seconds later) I couldn’t recommend staying here more. Go ahead and request a booking you will be glad you did.

This house is a super fun place to stay and can also hold a bunch of people comfortably. It was very clean, organized and welcoming. With it being so close to broadway, my friends and I would rent scooters and ride to broadway/ around town multiple times a day. 10/10 would stay again!

Unbelievable location! We walked to everything - Nissan Stadium, Broadway and the Tomato Fest. Scooters available to rent literally everywhere. The house? Could not be more perfect. We had 11 adults for our stay and everyone had a bed. Decorated with a super fun vibe and plenty of photo ops! Games, we played an intense 5 hr game of Monopoly in the dinning room where there is a Ms Packman game. The front porch is perfect for relaxing and the backyard is spacious with plenty of seating for a large group. Will be back! 10/10 highly recommended!

The house was great for our stay. The property manager contacted me immediately after we booked, proving useful information and recommendations. The house was as advertised - spacious, plenty of accommodations, and a very cool vibe that fits the area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Bachelor Party - Ideal House
There couldn’t be a more ideal house and location for our bachelor party of 10. The location was a fun, convenient and beautiful walk downtown (approx 15-20 min) overlooking the Skyline. It’s also only 10 min drive to the airport. Having the grill/porch setup was convenient for meals, while also having plenty of supplies in the kitchen (seasonings, condiments, etc.). Josh even left us a 24 pack of beer as a welcome present.
I’d highly recommend this place to any bachelor/ette parties or birthday parties and would 100% stay here again. Josh was also super responsive, as we did have a lot of questions leading up to the trip.

CANT WAIT TO COME BACK
This house is literally perfect, words don’t do it justice. The unique atmosphere fits perfectly with Nashville and Josh couldn’t have been a better host if he tried. He was extremely responsive, reached out immediately with every detail about the home & location including things to do both locally and more tailored to downtown Nashville. The backyard was so awesome, there’s a fire pit, huge deck, scoreboard for games etc. The rooms are super spacious with so many beds, plenty of couches in the common area so you don’t feel crowded. Anytime I come to Nashville I will be staying here. Thank you Josh!!!

We had a great time at this house. It has a nice yard to hang out at, with an old hockey scoreboard as a table for games. The sleeping arrangement is a little unconventional. We had 12 people (no couples) and a few had to share beds. Wasn't an issue for us though. The host was very responsive thru text throughout our stay.

Excellent House
We had an awesome time in Nashville. Josh is an excellent host who prides himself in exceptional communication. The house has enough beds to make sure everyone is comfortable, yard games, beautiful deck with a view of downtown, and an A/C that keeps the house cool no matter how hot it gets. We will be back and be sure to stay with Josh.

Great Weekend Getaway in Nashville
It was the perfect place for four couples to enjoy Nashville! Each couple had their own room and it was great to be able to gather in the kitchen and dining room in the morning for coffee and breakfast and then hang out together again after a night on the town -- you just can't do that in a hotel! It was a reasonable walk or a quick Lyft to the Nashville hotspots. It's a short distance from Shelby Bottoms for a little jog in the morning or walk along the river. Just couldn't beat the location and convenience. If we ever "do" Nashville again, we will certainly go to Josh first! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy an incredibly fun town!

Perfect Setting for our Nashville Adventure
13 of us traveled to Nashville for a conference and we stayed at this wonderful home! The house was exactly as the listing described. We had plenty of space and took advantage of the large porch in the evenings for socializing and team building. The house was a hop, skip and a jump from downtown and practically a straight shot to the convention center. Joshua was quick to respond to my inquiries and the check in and out was easy peasy!

Great Nashville Get Together House
We brought our 22-year-old daughter and several friends down for the Kentucky/Vandy football game and this house couldn’t have been better for our group. Great location and view of downtown Nashville. Short Uber ride everywhere. Loved the backyard with the fire pit, deck and grill. House is so cool...we all loved the eclectic decor. And Josh was great and so accommodating!

Authentic Nashville Bachelorette
Hosted a group of 9 women for my sister’s bachelorette getaway. The house set the tone for the great weekend exploring Nashville. There was plenty of room for everyone and comfy beds. Loved the vibe of the house and it was close to downtown and the stadium. Great front porch and back patio to sit and enjoy the nice weather as we prepared for our day. Josh was very accommodating and responded to any questions throughout the weekend promptly. The ladies can’t stop talking what a great weekend we had and want me to save the house information for the next trip to Nashville. Thanks for making me look like an all star this weekend!

Great house for our bachelor party! 9 of us stayed comfortably. It’s only 1 mile to downtown and Nissan Stadium, but the neighborhood behind the house is a bit sketchy. The house was perfect for us but if you are looking for luxury it may not be for you. The owner was very responsive and even left booze for us upon arrival 👍.

There were 10 of us (5 couples) and there was plenty of room for each of us to have our own bedroom and plenty of common space both indoors and out. It was a quick Uber ride to Broadway and ample parking for a few cars at the property. Josh was available by text for anything we needed and was a great host! It was the perfect house for a big group!
