Speaking of the apartment, it was great. It was spacious, comfortable and modern.

However the reason why I can’t recommend is horrible communication. The first problem was at the beginning when he had to pay the deposit. 300€ is not such a big amount, but I was unpleasantly surprised that the hotel employee demanded my credit card, the details of which he copied into his notebook. However, we were assured that the money would be returned immediately. Sadly, after checkout, the owner went silent and I am waiting for those money for more than 3 weeks. I wrote to the hotel several times asking for this amount to be unblocked, but all my appeals to the hotel went unanswered. The Booking support service was also unable to help me in resolving this issue. As a result, I had to order a new credit card for myself, as I did not have confidence in this hotel. This is not the first time I come to this beautiful city, but I will never stay at this hotel again, as its employees do not know how to work with clients. To sum up, if you don’t want to get ripped off, and also did not spoil your mood during the rest, iI would not recommend this hotel.

This is a stunning apartment with views over the hills around Merano. The location is perfect, just outside the gates to the old city. The kitchen is really well set-up for cooking with everything you could need.

Wi-Fi was pretty bad, we could only get connected about 10% of the time.

Comfortable location at the entrance to the city center. Street in-front of the house was a bit busy, but still acceptable. Apartment was excellent and stylish furnished, very comfortable beds and large bathroom, all very clean.

This property is by far the most well appointed, cleanest, centrally located and comfortable property we have ever stayed at. It is equipped with very high end features and lacks nothing needed for a short or extended rental. Jessica went far above and beyond to orient us to the apartment, amazing garage system (where we enjoyed secure and garage parking) and provided us with every need/request we had, she is amazing! We will absolutely return to this property next time we visit Merano! Favorite property ever, we would without a doubt highly recommend it!

Only slight, and I must emphasize slight, was having to re-sign on to the internet daily.

The apartment was stunning. Really well finished and it had almost everything you would need (only really missing a microwave). Great location near the city and such great views of the mountains from the windows.

No microwave. TV was connected to internet but some smart functions didnt work.

We loved staying here for a couple of nights in Merano. The apartment was impeccably decorated with everything we needed for our stay. it was a stone’s throw from public transportation, grocery stores, bakery etc.

The apartment we stayed was modern and very well furnished at a convenient location. It was very spacious and comfortable. The team there was very friendly and helpful. They even transported our luggage to our next accomodation due to my accident. Highly recommend!

The apartment was amazing! It was clean, freshly renovated, comfortable, and large enough for 6 people. The kitchen is very well equipped, and water bottles and coffee capsules were available. It is real luxury. The building is beautiful and the garage is super practical, since it is right in the city centre. Despite this, it is very well insulated and quiet. The balcony is huge, so it's nice to relax or eat outside with amazing mountain views. Mirco is very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time and felt in love with Merano.

Unfortunately, the parquet in our apartment bedrooms was a bit noisy. Not a big deal though.

With so much space, I think the apartment would be cosier if one of the bedrooms (e.g. the one with the terrace) would have been a living room. Quite difficult to find out how the hypermodern installations work ...
