Brand-new condo, located in the Parkview Bay Condominium Complex in Osage Beach at the 1.5mm of the Grand Glaize Arm. EVERYTHING in this unit is brand new (2021)! This spacious loft unit has a spectacular view! Entering the front door, you will pass by the hall laundry closet with full sized stacked washer dryer. The kitchen provides seating for 10, four at the counter bar and six at the counter height table. The kitchen is equipped with everything for your extended stay! The living room has leather reclining sofas full size and love seat. An electric fireplace and large, wall mounted flat screened TV do not take away from the exceptional lake view at the sliding glass doors to the deck. The beautifully decorated master bedroom also has an incredible lake view with sliding doors to the deck. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, large wall mounted flat screen TV, closet, and full-sized bathroom. Back through the kitchen is hall bathroom for both front bedrooms. The first bedroom has a full-sized bottom bunk with twin sized top bed. This set up provides plenty of space and is decorated with a fun kid's theme! This room also has a wall mounted flat screen TV. The back bedroom is themed with serene lake decor! A queen-sized platform bed and wall mounted flat screen TV with windows toward the building front. From the kitchen are steps to the upstairs loft, game room. This is the place for fun times! A full-sized sofa, Fuse ball table, and wall mounted flat screen TV are all upstairs looking over the living room. The open balcony has an incredible lake view! There is a patio table with seating for 6 and an umbrella for warmer days. There is also a gas grill on the deck. Special features and amenities.... Cable TV only in Living Room. Smart TVs in all bedrooms. Keurig coffee maker (bring your own pods) Air Fryer Wall outlets with nightlights and USB ports. Wi-Fi Boat Slip 14x40 inquire for availability. $45/night Ask about garage parking during Bikefest and car shows! Sleeps 6 with linens provided. Max occupancy is 8 per code so you can bring your own accommodations for up to 8. We have 2 other units in the same building should you have a larger group! Inquire for availability.

The house was absolutely terrific - it was very well-appointed and comfortable. Everything worked well and we were very comfortable. The view was amazing as well.

Great place to stay

Loved the location near the state park. Smoother waters and definitely less boat traffic in comparison to other parts of the lake. The condo was very nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was mostly stocked. Had an issue with the grill not working. Contacted Sarah and she responded right away with a person to contact. I texted Tanner and he responded immediately with a time that he would be there to look at it. He showed up right on time and had it fixed immediately. This is unheard of at the lake! Everyone is usually on “lake time” but not Tanner. He was fast , timely and great to work with! The only downfall of the week was the number of steps down to our rented boat slip. There’s no elevator in the building which makes it a bit of a pain to carry coolers, bags, etc. to the boat everyday. It’s not a huge deal but wish we would have realized this when we booked. Overall, a great experience staying here. Would definitely recommend to others.

This condo was great, had everything we needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lake property management (Tanner and Sarah) was extremely quick in responding to our questions, very professional. Great location, we will gladly stay here again if we ever get the opportunity.

It was nice Condo is in a quieter part of the lake. The entrance was a bit sketchy with that shart right hand turn into the complex. It would have been nice to have some pool items or beach towels on hand. The deck really needs to be resealed, so do not go out there barefoot(super sticky) and mattress a bit on the soft side. And could not get the living room TV to work for anything. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were close to everything at the lake.

Fantastic condo!
This place was fantastic! Very large and beautifully decorated condo that is SO close to everything. Bonus Game room upstairs in the loft - so much fun for a family. Highly recommend this condo.

Excellently equipped condo
The condo served as a great long weekend getaway. Teens enjoyed the loft immensely, and everything was as promised for a great stay.

We love ParkView Bay Condo's, this one is one of the best one's we've rented, everything was great, condo very neat and clean and it was fun playing foosball., we didn't have any problems with check in. We will most certainly rent again.

This condo is on the 4th floor with no elevators so plan accordingly should you have loads of bags. The condo was very clean, but not thoroughly swept. There were cobwebs everywhere. The outside light has never been cleaned of cobwebs and bugs. The railings were full of cobwebs. Other than that, the condo was well stocked, newly renovated. Just know that you pay a cleaning fee, but you still have to thoroughly clean. There was no cable, but WiFi and Netflix was available.

The condo was clean, well stocked with linens and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable and the patio furniture was perfect fir sitting on the balcony and relaxing! Don’t miss the nice patio umbrella in the closet by the kitchen!

This property was wonderful!! The management was very responsive and great to work with. The view was beautiful. The entire condo was immaculate. Beds were very comfortable! plenty of room for 2 couples. The foosball table was a great perk. We look forward to returning. Close to everything we needed.

We Had A Blast!
The property was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Our grandchildren loved the game-room, and my husband caught nice crappie. We all had a very Happy Thanksgiving. Looking forward to our next visit.
