Spacious waterfront condo in the heart of Hatteras Village. Close to beaches, marinas, shopping, and Ferry to Ocracoke. On site boat dock and private boat slip that holds up to 25ft vessel without head included at no charge. The dock is a great place to fish, crab or launch your kayak or SUP. Fish cleaning station at the dock. Propane (bring your own propane cylinder) and charcoal (bring your own charcoal) grills in the common areas. Upgraded High Speed Internet, Roku on all three TV's. Fell free to log in to your own streaming services or use the ones provided. Home is equipped with 2 owner suites (water views from the primary suite) each with private full bath, plus an additional half bath in the common area. Sheets and towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, toaster and cooking/baking utensils. New Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher in the unit (both replaced August 2022). Don't forget to enjoy your coffee or drinks on the deck while watching the gorgeous sunsets! Building is equipped with an elevator so no steps to navigate with luggage and supplies. Condo complex has a large, private community pool, shower and restroom facilities. Plenty of non-reserved parking for your vehicle, boat trailer, golf cart or bike. We offer a locked, private storage room labeled C-2 on the ground level to keep your fishing/ beach gear during your stay. 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the beach, ferry and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum. Less than 5 minutes to Ramp 55 where you'll find a beautiful, less crowded beach and ORV access. Enjoy the peaceful serenity of Hatteras Island and Hatteras Village while staying at SeaToo!

We spent a beautiful week in our favorite place Hatteras NC. The accommodations were lovely with a relaxing and peaceful deck view. We highly recommend SeaToo!

As soon as we walked in the door we felt comfortable. The decor is tastefully done & the condo is laid out beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked w/everything you could imagine to cook with & the streaming service on all 3 TV's worked perfectly. Theres not a bad view from any window & its surrounded by inlets from the Sound. We even stayed an extra night b/c it was so peaceful & relaxing & our hosts, Lori & Greg were very accomodating & prompt in responding to us. Hatterras is a beautiful village where you can rent a golfcart & be at restaurants, grocery stores & the beach within minutes. This was our first time at OBX & we couldnt have picked a more perfect spot! We'll definitely be back!

Our stay was shortened by health issues. But the time we did have was very relaxing. The place was cleaned and fulfilled our needs. The weather Gods were not cooperating. My only issue was trying to find channels or operating ROKU. Not an issue on nice days.

This condo was wonderful. Kitchen was fully stocked. Great location as well. We fished off the dock, enjoyed morning coffee on the porch. Very clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend, hopefully if we get the chance to stay here again we will bring the boat!

What a location!! The guys that stayed there loved how they could tie up at the dock and get right out to the ocean. The place was beautiful inside and outside. Thank you so much for a great place to stay!!

Sea Too was the perfect spot for my husband, daughter and I for our extended Hatteras weekend. The condo was perfect and supplied with everything we needed. We will definitely try to stay here on our next trip to OBX!

We had a fabulous, relaxing vacation at Sea Too. The property was pristine and quite roomy! The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There was even a welcoming package for us! Games, books and movies were available. The breakfasts and sunsets were wonderful on the balcony. It was quiet on the property day and night. Parking was never an issue. We were close to most everything we wanted to explore and a small grocery market was within walking distance. Lori was quick to respond when I had a question which was so reassuring. We loved every moment and look forward to booking again. Thank you so much for an outstanding stay.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. My only complaint was the fact that the building had no handicapped access and the person who was with me had a walker which made it very difficult to get into the building. Also two of the bathrooms you had to practically close the door to get to the toilet. And with a walker or a very large person could not do that. Just a bad floor plan. What is it that it was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked to be able to cook anything. Very nice refrigerator too

The property was spotless, and even more beautiful in person. The balcony for sunsets was amazing and peaceful.
The owner was very attentive about an issue with the washer/dryer and let us know when the repairman was coming.
This was our first time to the OBX and we will most definitely rent again.
If you are looking for a low key vacation, this is the place to go.

Summer Vacation 2022
This was our second consecutive year staying at Sea Too in Hatteras and we enjoyed it as much as last year. The condo is very comfortable and has all of the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. Our 4 year old loves going to the onsite pool and the beach, which is only about a miles drive away. Lori is excellent in responding to questions and/or concerns that my come up. Highly recommended...

Wonderful place to relax
The property was very comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Lori was lovely, helpful, and responsive when we had trouble with the keyless lock. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the property and the hosts. Just great!

Wonderful time at Sea Too
The property was very clean, quit, relaxing, roomy, nice pool. The home had everything we needed. Only one problem the elevator was out. But our son and his family was in Frisco campground and was able to help with luggage. There would have been no way we could have handled our luggage at our age lol . The condo is on the lowest level and there’s a landing in between stairs. I would highly recommend this property, and hope to return next year. The host was amazing to work with. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

We booked a last minute Memorial Day weekend stay to Hatteras and we’re lucky enough to find Sea Too. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive! Would stay again!

Great Spring Getaway
The Condo was very clean and comfortable. Owners were great to communicate with and were very accommodating. It was well stocked and had everything anyone needed. The only issue we had and it isn't the owners fault is someone was working on a unit above us and using a power saw, the sawdust was getting all over the deck we were at and it was very inconvenient to sit outside during these times.
I would stay here again.

Beach Life
The property is extremely well situated between the sound and the beach and within walking distance of a lovely bakery……..wonderful vacation morning treat. The condo is well appointed, large for just the 2 of us. We loved the patio, pretty view for morning coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked (pots, pans, dishes) and they also had beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach gear. We had a few questions initially. The owners were incredibly responsive. We highly recommend and will return

Excellent stay
Very easy online reservation process and dealing with the owner(s) was an absolute pleasure. The dryer started making a loud squeal after running for about 10 minutes. Lori sent a dryer repairman within 1 business day. It didn't get fixed during our stay because a part had to be ordered. Lori did inquire if it was still usable and I appreciated her concern that we didn't have a non working appliance. Lori was very prompt in answering any questions we had for her. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home Lori and Greg. We would definitely stay with you again.

Great place to get away!
This place was wonderful for our little family of 3. Plenty of room. A place to get away. We went in off season so not a lot going on but that was fine. We loved watching the birds and nature. Drove out to anywhere else we wanted to go.

We just got back from a 5 night stay at Sea Too. What a wonderful place. I don't think I've ever relaxed so well. The place is amazing. From the lovely view to the beautiful decorating. Loved the window seat. Finished two books while looking out at the view. We hope to be back soon!!!

The King sized bed is the most comfortable one we've found yet. If you're looking for a place close to entertainment, shopping, and dining, look at Nags Head and Kitty Hawk. But if you are looking for a slower pace, peace and quiet, walks on the beach, shelling, fishing, reading, and just relaxing, this is your place!
