Luxurious and comfortable, this home boasts hardwood and tile floors, granite counters and slate backsplashes throughout the gourmet kitchen with a long breakfast bar for entertaining friends and family, an outdoor common area with plenty of seating, BBQs, and an outdoor fireplace, as well as secure underground parking. The master suite is spacious with its own en-suite master bathroom. The master bath has a double vanity, walk-in tile shower, and a large walk in closet. The guest bedroom on the opposite end of the condo can accommodate two guests with beds that can be configured as one king or two twins. The beautiful living room has hardwood floors, a flat screen TV with cable and an Apple TV, WiFi internet, and a sofa sleeper that can sleep an additional two guests. A forced air natural gas furnace with A/C keeps the home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The quiet location and easy flow of the condo provides a great space to relax, entertain, escape, and enjoy. Conveniently located in the Riverstone Village, there is plenty to see and do within a short distance from the condo. A 14 screen movie theater, shops, restaurants, and Riverstone Park comprise the Riverstone Development. Hop on the two bikes included with your stay and explore the Centennial Trail bike path that runs right along the river and will lead you all the way into downtown Coeur d'Alene and the Coeur d'Alene Resort. The Condo was quiet, clean and beautifully furnished. It was easy to find and in a great location. Restaurants & Shops were within walking distance.

The property was in a great location and very clean. The only negative was it definitely felt like a rental. beds were not very comfortable and bedding was cheap. I say that, but would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants and stores in the village that we enjoyed and the distance to downtown was a quick 6 minute drive. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils. We highly recommend.

Returned to CDA Idaho this past week with friends. The host was super attentive and available to answer all of our questions. Unit was super clean and well supplied with most everything needed. The two bikes on sight were an added bonus. The unit is nearby several great restaurants, movie theater, shops and with hassle free parking. Looking forward to my next stay!

The property and location was great with lots of shops and restaurants. Close access to walking/biking path. We did have some difficulty getting inside since the key pad on the main door was not working. Other visitors said it had not worked over the last week. This created access issues during our stay. There was an electronic key fob that opened an alternate door to the stairway but there were two of us so we had to coordinate when we went out separately. Having bicycles was great although they need some maintenance attention as several parts were loose on both bikes. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

This property is excellent for visiting families. Its in a great location and has great amenities. Property manager was responsive and helpful. There were a couple issues when we first arrived but the property manager was responsive and did their best to remedy the situation. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for family with kids. Well stocked kitchen, linens, and household supplies. So easy to walk to park, restaurants and shops. We’ve stayed in short term rental units once or twice every year, for 10+ years and this was one of our favorites so far!

Jean the Host/Property Manager was ALWAYS responsive! The condo was immaculate! You can't beat the location with many restaurants, shops, walking paths and close to downtown CDA. The condo was so quite too! We ended each night sitting on lovely terrace. We would hands down stay here again. We were two couples.

We really enjoyed our visit to Coeur d’Alene. This Riverstone Village condo was beautifully decorated and provided a comfortable place to relax after our outings. Great location! The host was very accommodating and made sure our visit was a wonderful summer vacation for our family.

Lovely condo close to everything Coeur d’Alene has to offer.
The condo was spacious, secure and well equipped with everything you would need to enjoy a stay in CDA. Jean was super easy to deal with and responded promptly to all of our communications. Really nice to have the two underground parking stalls and the bicycles were a nice bonus. We found a number of excellent restaurants nearby and the golf courses we played were only a short drive away. Wonderful place and a wonderful city. Not much on the negative side other than it would have been nice to have a couple of more pillows in the bedrooms. I would also suggest that the information binder include a page detailing the required steps a guest needs to take prior to departing at the end of the rental.

Great property in a great location!
My spouse and I stayed at this property to attend a family reunion in CDA. The owner was very helpful and the property was a perfect size and very clean. The location is also a big positive as it’s close to trails for the two bikes available to guests, shops and restaurants. Will stay again when visiting CDA.

Would definitely rent again. Place has all the amenities you could desire. Internet was fast we actually used our fire stick, although they have cable. Showers have plenty of water pressure and 1 restroom has a soaking tub. 5 stars

Great place!!
We stayed here on our 27th annual sister trip. We all agreed that it was the nicest place that we have stayed so far. The kitchen had everything that we needed, the beds and bathrooms were great, and it was a wonderful location. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect Property
This property was extremely clean with beautiful furnishings. Great area and close to downtown. There are trails to walk and bike within walking distance. Fabulous location. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for a good time!

Great location! Great Place! Convenient area to bike, walk, eat, see a movie, etc. We loved having the bikes and you can go into town on the trail that is right there! Plenty of places to eat within walking distance too! We loved going down to the docks of the River! Communication with John was awesome and we have no complaints about our stay! It was so nice to have the washer and dryer especially after doing the Hiawatha Trail bc you get dirty doing that! It was great and I would stay there again and again! The coffee shop down below has fabulous coffee and pastries- best in town (we tried all the coffee shops)!! Thank you for having such a great place to stay for our family's summer vacation to CDA!

property was just as advertised, the manager was very responsive. It was clean and well equipped. Just before we arrived we were notified by the property manager that there was a leak from the maintenace room next door the carpet was soggy next to the bed. I put a towel down that needed to be changed out twice during our stay. I also left the window in the bedroom cracked during our stay because I noticed the damp carpet smell the first evening. When the service pros came in to work on the carpet they pulled the bed away from the wall and this caused the bed to separate the headboard from the raling and it collapsed one evening at 10 pm. I didn't want to disturb the manager so we slept on the pull out and he came the next morning to fix the bed. During our phone conversations I was a little upset that a discount was not offered for the inconvenience. I even stated well its not like I can ask for my money back everything is booked so we will make the best of it. When I am on vacation, my tolerance for BS goes way up so all in all, I gave this condo for the facilites, location and cleanliness an excellent rating. I even will put out a good job to the property manager for being so helpful during our stay.
