About this condo rental
Aloha! Welcome to our wonderful oceanfront Condo perfectly situated in Maalaea just 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Kihei and 25 minutes from Lahaina! If you are looking for a beautiful ocean view, just steps from the water, and you want to hear the sounds of the ocean from the lanai, this is the place for you! Lovingly remodeled in February 2018, and with a gorgeous new bathroom in June 2020, this Condo is now available for the first time for rent. New stainless steel appliances, Nespresso coffee maker, new memory foam sofa bed, a new 55" 4K, HD TV set up with cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime, plus a new Air Conditioner installed in April 2023, as well as snorkeling gear, boogie boards and beach equipment, this condo features one full bedroom and bathroom, a wonderful extensive lanai that is protected from the trade winds and that overlooks the heated pool and the ocean, and all the modern conveniences of home. In the winter you can literally watch the whales from the lanai over your morning coffee! Take a short walk to the quaint harbor village and enjoy the nearby shops and restaurants, or take an excursion such as whale watching, snorkeling, diving, or a dinner cruise! The pool is just steps away, and features lounge chairs for relaxing in and built in gas barbecues for outdoor grilling. There is a lovely walk along the ocean front past all the Condos, where you can see turtles up close feeding along the rocks. At the end of Hauoli Street, just half a mile away, you will get to Haycraft Park and Sugar Beach, the longest beach in Maui, and further down the Kealia Pond National Wildlife refuge, a birding paradise. In the early evenings the turtles frequently come to the rock wall to feed, and at night you can watch the Kihei lights twinkling in the distance across the Bay! Here is a list of additional Condo features: In addition to the Nespresso coffee maker, there is a drip machine, electric kettle and all new cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Queen size bed in bedroom and queen size sofa bed in living room.New flooring. Dedicated parking spot ( #36 ) Combination safe in bedroom closet that can take a laptop, passports, wallets, etc. 8 foot surfboard on Lanai. 10 foot epoxy surfboard available for experienced surfers for rent ( Please ask Mark for more details on it ) Towels, deck chairs, umbrella, beach towels for your enjoyment.

We had a great stay here. The place was just as advertised. This was our first VRBO style rental ever. It was clean. The host had great documentation that made it easy on us newbs. The balcony overlooked the ocean just like the pictures. The other residents we met were friendly. The building’s amenities were well maintained. It sits right in the middle of south Maui. 20 min one way is Wailea 20 min the other is Lahaina. Plenty of beaches within 10 min with decent snorkeling and if the weather is cooperating some surfing. Could not ask for a better first VRBO experience.

This property was in a great central location which was perfect for exploring Maui. Mark was easy to get a hold of when we had questions and the property was very clean. The view from the patio was incredible. We would highly recommend this property.

This property was in a great central location which was perfect for exploring Maui. Mark was easy to get a hold of when we had questions and the property was very clean. The view from the patio was incredible. We would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed the condo! Had a wonderful view of the ocean, nice breeze so we never had to use the A/C. Close to all the cities where the activities are.

This is a beautiful condo! Very clean!
The airconditioner panel does not work so you must use the remote control. We could not find the remote and reached out to the owner. Mark and Celine quickly answered and helped us find it.
The remote really needs to be looked at because it wasn't working too well. But we were able to get it to work and the a/c worked very well!!!
There were 2 of us staying in the unit. We were given 1 bath towel each and 1 beach towel each. I would suggest giving at least 2 per person in the future.
Anyone who chooses to stay here will be very happy they did!! Great location, well stocked unit, and very clean!!

I liked being on the water, but it was an experience for 4 to 5 days with extreme wind. Whistling through the front door was annoying. Perhaps better weatherstrip or a new door would eliminate the whistle. Otherwise it was a nice visit without too many pool users, another source of noise.

This property is very clean and well managed . Whereas I will give 3 star for not desirable location wise , very hot , ac is very old and small . So works only in living room , it is not enough to cool the bedroom and we couldn’t sleep for entire duration of our stay . Pillows were too high and hard plus bed is not comfortable. Moreover we were working remotely and WiFi constantly drops which make it hard to work .

The construction crew started drilling and working in our patio area at about 8am. Also, the bedroom did not have AC only ceiling fan and the room was pretty warm. Also never found pillow cases or sheets for the couch bed. Fortunately only stayed 1 night.

The apartment itself was nice. Location was good if you want to prepare your own meals, anytime after 5pm. Unfortunately, the toilet was not equipped to handle 4 grown adults. The water ran constantly and was quite annoying. The apartment complex is all older residents, I would not suggest this property to anyone younger than 50 and defiantly not kid-friendly.

The apartment itself was nice. Location was good if you want to prepare your own meals, anytime after 5pm. Unfortunately, the toilet was not equipped to handle 4 grown adults. The water ran constantly and was quite annoying. The apartment complex is all older residents, I would not suggest this property to anyone younger than 50 and defiantly not kid-friendly.

We did a lot of driving to other locations on island for other activities, shopping, restaurants and beaches. It was a good central location for a starting point. Mark was very available and helpful when we contacted him.

The apartment is exactly as described. The location is convenient to most places in Maui. There is not a lot in the immediate neighborhood (though the marina where many whale and snorkeling boats leave from is a three minute walk) but that made it more relaxing. You can hear the ocean (and see it) from the apartment. Very pleasant.

We could see the condo was clean and well equipped (of all the place I’ve stayed on Maui this was the only one with a kitchen actually outfitted to use), but outside was just black. Then we woke up to a gorgeous view of Maalaea harbor. My son shouted, “What is that?!” There was a humpback breaching just outside the jetty.

The condo was clean, quiet, and very safe feeling. Just a short walk from the beach park down the street. The owners have also left several amenities for your usage, such as snorkeling gear and beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Harbor condo
Even though there was only 2 of us occupying the condo we chose to sleep in the living room on the pull out sofa, because that’s where the AC was. The owner told me there would be linens available, but there wasn’t. Also, the condo was very difficult to access for us old folks. Luckily the manager was there to help us.

Family with teens exploring Maui
This was a great location for exploring the island. Easy to get anywhere. Nice quiet nights. My son loved seeing the planes fly over. We could see turtles right from the balcony. The pool and small beach were a great advantage to walk to when we got home from a day around the island. The kitchen was well-stocked. The owner communicated very well and made for a great, easy stay.

Great condo.
i wanted to this location because it's outside the hustle of Kihei, but still central. I was disappointed that the general store was closed due to Covid, but there is a small convenience store in the adjacent building that supplied some things only during daylight hours. We shopped elsewhere and cooked our meals in the well equipped kitchen, saving money and eating like kings. I would stay here again.
