CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS ************************************************** ********** Rental of 7 days minimum. To book, a transfer of 25% of the rental amount will be requested. The balance will be paid 30 days before your arrival. In case of late booking (less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay), the total amount of the stay must be paid upon booking. Deposit: An imprint of credit card or a check of 1500 euros (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the Villa. A seasonal rental agreement will record all this information. Time of entry: between 15h and 19h. Release time: between 8h and 11h. These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and / or after.
